"Mr. Mayne came out to our house and gave us an estimate on the work to be performed.  He was punctual and very polite.  We felt the price was reasonable so we decided to use his services.  He was very busy and he said he would be able to complete the work in about a month (the middle of October).  When we didn't hear from him I called and he apologized and said that he had gotten behind, but that he would come out the following week.  He followed up by phone and came out when he said to jack hammer the old sidewalk and put in forms for the new concrete.  He had to wait on the concrete, so two days later he had the new sidewalk poured.  We are happy with the quality of the job and would use him again if we had need of concrete work or repairs

"I had received a few quotes on a 12x24x4 pool pad. When I was contacted by Pedro (Berrera) I had become aware that the area needed for the pool was really quite larger than 12 x24 and had Pedro quote me on a 18x29x4. His quote was $400 less than the other quotes for the 12x24x4. I had a patio that was cracked extensively and he gave me a quote on replacing it and the steps that had broken free from the house which I accepted. He then noticed that where my driveway met the garage apron the driveway was almost a foot higher than the apron and quoted me on removing the last section of driveway and smoothing the transition with a sloped section. I accepted! Then I remembered that I had two automobiles totaled while parked on my garage apron and numerous hits also, some hit and runs. I explained this to Pedro and we agreed to build a concrete wall along my property that would prevent that from happening again! We love everything they constructed! Everyone Pedro employs are craftsmen that seem to enjoy and take pride in their work. They were to a man courteous and willing to explain things and help in other ways. We needed dirt in our front yard and we began toting buckets of dirt to fill it in and one of his employees digging the dirt offered to place dirt with his front loader for us. I wanted a pvc pipe placed in the concrete to allow our sump pump to discharge in the side yard outside the wall. Pedro laid the pipe through the wall before pouring the concrete. Pedro knew I had bad knees and my wife a bad back so he added a fourth step so that the rise would be smaller and easier for us to navigate. None of the extras they performed for us were added to my bill. I paid the original estimate! I will recommend Pedro and his guys to anyone that wishes quality work. He says he wants to please you and he actually means it!"
