I could not say enough kind words about my experience with Mr. Franklin. He was there on the same day that I called to give me a quote. Mr. Franklin was so professional and gave me several more ideas for my trees and landscaping. Once the job was finished (that SAME day) I was beyond pleased. My trees were cut back exactly how I wanted and there was no debris left after the job. I would highly recommend Mr. Franklin for all of your tree/landscaping jobs. You will be just as pleased and thankful as I am.

Franklin Landscape was very quick to respond and come by and give me a quote for my tree limb removal. Then, within a couple of hours, they were here and did the job. I would recommend, very responsive, and does a good job.

This company was fast to come over to my property and give me a quote on cleaning up my leaves. Then they came to do the job the very next day. They worked steadily to do the job and even blew off the leaves from my roof. Their slogan is Satisfaction Guaranteed.

I'm not really a 'people person' usually, but something about Victor Franklin made me like and trust him from the minute that I met him. Even when he scolded me for not keeping the edges of my sidewalk clean. Lol. I hate yardwork, and I know slightly more than nothing about plants. When Mr. Franklin asked me what I was looking for, my response was, "something low maintenance." Not helpful, I know. But when I don't know what I'm talking about, I don't pretend that I do, and I rely upon the opinions of those who do. At that point of the conversation, he took the reins and pointed out the things that obviously needed fixing and made suggestions on ways to improve the curb appeal. The transformation from an overgrown vegetation bed to well thought out landscaping was accomplished in one day. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work and the affordability of Franklin's Lawn Service. Definitely recommend. Support local busines.

Responded promptly and did a great job cleaning up our storm damage.

Extremely unprofessional in communication, hang up on phone many times, did not complete the work with expectation that he would finish the work that day and he walked away with an unfinished job even though he had been paid. He had a very poor attitude towards to the customer and verbally abusive.

Within a day of making contact with Frank Lawn Service they were done with my project. They are fast, professional, and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend and will be using they are services again.

We have 4 large trees and they cleaned it up good.

Within an hour of looking at Angi, I had a call and an estimate. Project was completed the same day in less than an hour. Very friendly service. My only complaint would be that our trash bin was used for debris, instead of it being hauled away.

Vic and his team were very nice guys. I called them for sodding. Vic came out, quoted 2800 for the sodding, and had a crew begin that same day. Which was a nice surprise. Vic also said he had a guy who could remove a large stump in the front yard. I knew that would come at an extra cost and agreed. And I asked Vic to plant a few things in front of the house to make it look more mature. They planted a few $60 trees and it looks ok. I was really impressed the first afternoon with how respectful the guys were and the work they seemed to be putting in. Issues came up though. Only one guy was present on day two while I was there. And someone damaged the neighbors yard that day too. It was never completely fixed and I will be hiring someone else to make it look the way it should over there. Nobody showed on day 3. Vic came on day 4 and laid some sod where the stump was removed and turned a sprinkler on. The invoice I paid for this project was $8700 𠤦â â ï¸ . $1600 for the stump removal. $2400 for the sod. $900 for a bobcat for 3 days (they only used is one of the 3 days here). $3500 for labor. And then the trees. In hindsight, I should have just went through a sodding provider for $400/pallet and $150 installation per pallet. Vics final price was higher than all the quotes I received on the project from others. The crew causing damage to the neighbors yard was obviously an accident. But not completely fixing it was disappointing. The sodding was not complete. I just spent the afternoon seeding and feeding and watering and hoping that it doesnâ t all die. So while Vic is a nice guy who got on the job right away, the pricing was a bait and switch. I would have gladly paid above and beyond a quoted price for a beautiful finished product. But it does not look finished and I am concerned that it may not make it.
