"We had drain flies and we didn’t know anything about them. So we called Tyler and Alex and they came up with their camera systems and scoped the pipes. We had a broken pipe under our home that we weren’t aware of. We live on a concrete slab so they had to cut into that to replace it. They did a wonderful job. There was hardly any mess. They were very professional and hard-working. I recommend these guys to anyone."

"As far as the crawl space material they put down, it went great. It took them slightly longer than expected but they did a good job there. Con number one: the crew at my house tore several take-offs totally off of the vent. They made several attempts to repair it, but in the end, I was left to contact my HVAC contractor to repair the damage to avoid another over-expensive power bill. For the cost of the project, I was highly pissed that my brand new duct work was trashed, and no one from AFS let me know that they had torn up my take-offs. Con number two: I was told all of any trash found in my crawlspace, plumbing scraps, rocks etc. would be removed. I found a lot of stuff stashed on top of pillars and things like that. Overall, I would have paid no more than 1/3rd down and held the last payment until I was able to inspect the work done thoroughly. At the end of the day, I feel confident in the job they did on my crawl space, and I certainly have much less moisture under my house now. I would be slightly apprehensive to recommend this company unless you are comfortable going into your crawlspace and inspecting for any damage before paying them."

"I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Now, I am confident that it wasn't a leak and caused by putting in the dishes in a funny manner and not a repair issue. I am using the dishwasher now again with no problem. 3. I determined with Thomas' help that the washing machine had a major problem and could have spun out of control into my wall....no question, it was time to get a new washing machine! This was a well spent $40.00--I even got Thomas advice on purchasing a new washing machine and what to look for. 4. I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage. In the end, I saved lots of money, gaining and learning valuable experience! Absolutely fabulous service!"

After having conducted repairs with an independent contractor and believing the issue had been resolved, it only continued to persist. We spent extensive time researching and trying to find a company that could actually fix the problem. Spoke with the sales rep via phone and within ONE HOUR he was at our property same day. He then took the time to conduct a walkthrough of our property to do an overall assessment of what ARW could do to complete repairs and how they would do it. Even spoke with the owner of the company via phone, while the sales rep was on the property, which showed me the owner is responsive and available on the spot when needed. Nothing but respect and professionalism displayed thus far and the sales rep provided a full, in depth work order proposal and quote that was provided to us within hours of his visit. We've struggled to find a company to meet our needs for this specific project but I can tell you we finally found the one. They will give you a price good for a year, but that price is ridiculous. They will also offer a 30 day price, which is less but still high. The if you sign now price is the lowest and is around the same price you can get from other installers. So, if you're ready to pull the trigger and do the project Bath Experts is a great company. If you're shopping for prices, they probably won't be the best deal."
