He left the job, never finished and never responded after being paid most of contract.

Lundy Construction did an excellent job. The only problem was getting the cabinets in on time. This was not Lundy Construction's fault. Unfortunately, it was the fault of the company where we purchased the cabinets. Lesson learned in that we will never purchase cabinets again from that place. However, we would hire Lundy Construction again if we ever needed another job done.

Justin was able to fit me in his busy schedule. Came after hours to complete the job. He performed the work with professionalism, and took pride in his work. He even gave me a lesson and explained in detail his work. Glad to see people take pride in a job well done. Would definitely call again!! If you get Justin you're getting one of the BEST. A++++

It has been unbelievably great in all aspects, extremely enjoyable!! I met Justin Lundy and Roman Nakonechny in 2009. From that day forward I have the upmost respect for their professionalism and the true skill of their craft. I can honestly say we have become true friends. Lundy Construction can absolutely do anything to the tee!! My 440 sq.foot Sunroom with all the perks is great and trouble free!! In 2011 Roman & Justin started correcting a 20 year nightmare with my house. They stripped the entire front of my house down to the frame. They properly flashed my fireplace from top to bottom. Re sheeted and wrapped the front of the house. Placed all new windows and new vinyl siding. Inside the house we tore all the floors out of the living room, dining room,front foyer and hallway plus the sheet rock on the front wall. They cut the doorways wider and taller. They set Columns leading to the dining area then placed Crown Molding around my 12 foot ceilings in the living room and dining area plus front foyer. We put in hardwood floors in these parts also. It's totaling amazing how it came out, my family is tickled to death. Absolutely trouble free living!! Now in 2015 we have started another huge project. I now enjoy remolding and updating my home knowing things are going to be done RIGHT!! We have just completed tiling my children's bathroom with new trim and a new commode. We tore out the old carpet from my baby girl bedroom and placed new hardwood and trim with a new window. We tore out the old floors in the kitchen, breakfast area, utility room and another hallway. Removed the kitchen cabinets to set all new tile floors in these areas with new trim plus crown molding. We have set new windows in the back of the house. Then for the comforts of today living Justin built us a beautiful new tile shower in the master bath. Plus don't stay up worrying that u may forget things that u need during the building process Justin & Roman stay 10 steps ahead of everything, it's totally amazing. Having Lundy Construction do our basement was a great experience he is dependable he takes great pride in his work and made sure that everything was done right . Lundy Construction is also trustworthy because my husband and my schedule there was several days that we could not be here and we gave him a key for our basement so he could get in and everything was locked up when he left. We still have several other things that we want to do to our home and we look forward to having Lundy Construction do these jobs for us.

He did a great job with the drywall, plumbing, painting. And the tile work was absolutely beautifully done. He was instrumental in picking out the tile and worked as a liaison between the tile store and me. He also dealt with the cabinet and countertop companies in a very professional way. He would always show up where and when he said he would! The design he created on the walls as well as the shower was stunning!  He paid close attention to detail...placing a box and bench in the shower. He's very professional and easy to get along with as well as highly skilled!

I would absolutely recommend him for ANY construction job and will definitely be using him in the future.

Justin met me on time at my property.  He reviewed the work to be done and provided a rough estimate for the work immediately.  He followed that up with a written proposal that same day.  We agreed to the work and Justin found time for me in his schedule to begin work that following Monday.  He and his crew performed a complete resupporting of our entire floor including required jacking to level the floors.  He also completely redid all the plumbing under the house including replacement of the master valve providing a sizeable increase in water pressure.  The work took roughly 4 days.  His group also did several extra things including minor repairs to the drain system that went beyond the required at no extra cost.  He completed the work on time and on budget and hauled away all construction trash as promised.  The quality of the work was excellent.  We couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Justin and his crew did an excellent job.  It's great to see someone who takes such pride in their work.  I would very happily hire him again and would highly recommend him to others.

This is my second time using Lundy Construction. After seeing what an amazing job they did on my bathroom project, I asked them to redo my kitchen floor tile.  Although my house is only 7 years old, the kitchen floor tiles were breaking and loose.  Chunks of grout would come up whenever I swept, not to mention, I could pick up full tiles from the floor that wasn't attached at all. The contractor who built the house admitted he didn't have much experience with tile work, but admitted it after the tile was already laid. Once again, Lundy Construction came to the rescue.  They removed the old flooring, and even saved a large stack of tile that could be reused for another project, since they had no mortar on them. The new tile was installed in record time and looks wonderful.

I am so  glad that I have finally found someone for all my home repairs. The contractor who built the house 7 years ago, didn't install the plumbing correctly. So after 7 years of a constant leak under my tub, the floor had completely rotted.  It was a huge mess and a health hazard.  After getting several estimates from Lundy Construction and many others, some of which could not start to work on it for 2 months or longer, I chose Lundy Construction and am so glad I did. They began work immediately. Justin had many design ideas and even helped me decide which new tile to use. His efficiency and  problem-solving skills made my catastrophe much less stressful.  He and Richard are a great team that can tackle any task and I will definitely use them for future projects. The finished bathroom is even better than I expected.  I would highly  recommend Lundy Construction to anyone that needs repair or remodel work.

Justin did a fantastic job. Work was completed on time and I was extremely satisfied with the quality of work and the cleanliness of the work area during the remodel.

This was our second time using Lundy Construction since we were so happy with our first time.  He installed a beautiful rock wall around our living room fireplace.  When finished with this, he installed the tile in our kitchen above the countertop on the wall.  It looks amazing.  We have plans on future home remodels and will definitely be using Lundy again.  Thanks!

Our office was in need of a remodel bad due to the not so good construction from the previous owner.  Lundy put a new floor in and repaired the ceiling, floor, and walls.  He also applied a texture to our walls before painting and putting on the trim.  New doors were installed and blown in insulation to help keep the heat and air in.  The end result was great and we received lots of compliments on the new look.

We were very pleased with the tile work completed by Justin Lundy of Lundy Construction. Both our kitchen backsplashes and master shower turned out great! We appreciate Mr. Lundy's attention to detail, craftsmanship and knowledgeability. He was prompt, considerate, and kept the work area clean, which is important when work is being performed in an occupied home. We don't hesitate to recommend him for tile or carpentry work.

Very reasonable price for the service provide. Provider was very flexible and very understanding of our needs. Lundy helped minimize the cost of materials reusing and recycle good quality materials. He worked with us designing and improvising way to complete the job fast and efficiently.
