"My initial experience with GRS Plumbing was a number of years ago when I called on them to correct some botched work by another contractor. I expected some long, messy repairs, but GRS corrected the problems quickly and efficiently. Since then I have called on GRS to install toilets (best ones ever), clean dryer exhaust vents, and diagnose the cause of a foreboding dripping like sound from inside the house walls. "The end result was not a Retaining Wall, as this implies. I hired KCS to install 4 Wing Walls with Headwalls. They did a great job, as the pictures will reflect. If you’re wondering why I have Four Stars instead of Five, it’s only because there’s always room for improvement. In this case, the improvement should focus on Front Office Communication. The crew was scheduled to start on a Monday. So I took the day off to be here. Mid-morning on that Monday, they still had not shown. I had to call the office to find out that they would be here on Tuesday because a previous job took longer than expected. I’m OK with that, EXCEPT I had to lose a vacation day because the office did not call me. I had to call them. AGAIN, the Team did a fantastic job and I FULLY RECOMMEND THEM. However, the office could get better and be more proactive at communicating schedule changes."

"The owner came down to give us an estimate on what it would take to fix standing water issue in a house we were looking at purchasing. He performed a thorough inspection on what was causing the water to sit in the crawlspace and went over what would be required to keep the moisture and water from affecting the structural integrity of the house. While we did not end up purchasing the home, we greatly appreciated his willingness to come down and do an inspection and give us an estimate. They were recommended by my stepdad who had them do a crawlspace encapsulation on his house. He said they perform first class workmanship and were professional. The owner also came back after the work was finished to ensure that everything was done correctly. Would recommend to anyone needing any work done on their crawlspace."
