They currently maintain offices in Kansas City, Moberly, Springfield, and St Louis. "Oh they'll come and do the work, case your house, and when they show up a year later to check on the work they'll offer you something else that they just happened to have in the truck. In my case they noticed we had a dehumidifier and a year later they ripped my wife off and sold her an over $2000 dehumidifier, and when I asked her to send it back they refused to take it back and now we're stuck with it so it seems, absolutely disgusting way of working."

Residential and business water treatment systems. Water softeners, UV lights. We will analyze your water for contaminants such as chlorine, low pH, iron, bacteria, and devise a system to suit your needs. Treat your water from the source, as it enters your home, so whether you are drinking it, cooking with it or bathing in it, your water is pure.

"The process was quick and easy. I just provided a water sample. It was determined that I had high levels of chlorine in our drinking water. I was able to solve my water problems with only one filter. Why did I wait years to have this done? Now I can be confident that our water is safe. Highly recommended."

Wells and Pumps questions, answered by experts

Well pumps need power to run, so they can’t function without electricity. If your power shuts off, there can sometimes be enough pressure in the water tank to allow for a lucky flush or a bit of tap water—but this won’t last long. It’s a good idea to have a backup generator or an alternative power source like solar if you’re worried about losing power.

Normally, when your well pump turns on or off, you’ll hear a small click. This isn’t anything to worry about, but it can be a problem if it’s clicking continuously. This can indicate that the well pump is short cycling—the pump continuously turns on and off.

This can wear out the motor and provide uneven water flow. If this happens, you may need to get it looked at by a well pump professional to see if you need to repair the switch or pump.

Most well pump pressure switches have a factory setting of 30 to 50 PSI. There’s some flexibility with this if you’d like a lower or higher water pressure, but remember that it should sit 2 to 3 PSI above your well tank’s general pressure setting.

The inside of your pressure switch cover will usually indicate minimum and maximum settings—going below and above the numbers might damage your well pump.

Yes, you can shock a well yourself, but it can be dangerous if you don’t know what you’re doing. We recommend calling a pro, but if you decide to do it yourself, make sure to follow proper safety precautions. This means wearing the correct safety gear, such as rubber gloves, goggles, and boots. You should also mix the chlorine solution in an open area with plenty of ventilation. Also, make sure not to drink or use the water for a few days afterward, until you’ve flushed the system and retested the water.

Yes, professionals can upgrade your well pump system, enhancing its efficiency and reliability. They evaluate current systems to recommend suitable upgrades, ensuring proper installation that optimizes water access and meets household demands.
