I request half down to start the project and the balance on completion only when you the customer is 100% satisfied not untill then do i get the balance. I don't have any other fees because i believe the customer should not have to pay to get a bid. I try to keep my employees in a happy mood, because when the employees are happy there gonna work harder and more productive. On stamped and decorative concrete, i bill you as, Half down to start, 1/4 after we pour, and balance on completion.
