Oh they'll come and do the work, case your house, and when they show up a year later to check on the work they'll offer you something else that they just happened to have in the truck. In my case they noticed we had a dehumidifier and a year later they ripped my wife off and sold her an over $2000 dehumidifier, and when I asked her to send it back they refused to take it back and now we're stuck with it so it seems, absolutely disgusting way of working.

The project went very well. The crew was excellent finishing as promised in a single day. Tge sales guy was a pleasure to work with as he was very thorough in deterring the exact situation and what fix was best. I highly recommend this company.

Ryan Howard came out to assess our situation with water coming in the basement. He took the time to draw up a solution to fix several things. Ryan explained exactly what the process would be.

I contracted FRS to help me with drainage in my garage and to secure a wall that is cracking. They did a good job in putting in ditch and sump pump in the garage. They attempted to put 2 ankers in the wall to secure the wall but they hit rock in the yard that prevents the ankers...which I understand. However, they said they try and see if there were other options and would get back to me. I've been trying to get them to return my call since August 2024 (multiple phone calls, texts) and they always so someone will get back to me...I've received nothing. Even if they don't have a good suggestion...I just want to know. I've spent $10k with them already so would at least like to receive of phone call back if they don't have any suggestions. Very poor response to my needs. At this point...I would not recommend FRS.

Overall we have not been happy with the entire experience with our foundation as the work we had done did not remedy the issue. it its entirety as we believed it would. We have a duplex unit where both us and the neighbor needed work done so there was a lot of work to entail. Together we spent 17,575 dollars to engineer a solution to stabilize our foundation and within months our neighbor had another 20,000 of additional work as the side of his house was collapsing including a large enough gap you could stick your hand between the chimney and house. We naturally had ours re-inspected and was quoted as needing an additional 11,000 dollars worth of piers from FRS, but we decided to get another bid from Trasher who said we would need an additional 28,000 dollars of work today. Thrasher had some questions in regards to what was sold to us, so just ensure to keep prints, quotes, measurements, and agreements.

Work was fine in the beginning but after 6 months the work has started to fail. All forms of communication have been ignored.

Foundation Recover systems had the most reasonable price, for the best work. Corey came out to the house for the estimate and was thorough. He explained the issues that he found, and all the solutions that were best, for my situation. He was about to come up with solutions, where I didn’t have to move plumbing, or remove my whole deck. Corey came out the night before and removed planks from my deck (for access purposes.) The project took a total of 3 days for multiple piers and brackets. The construction grew was efficient and knew what they were doing.Corey came back out after the project and replaced the decking. He went above and beyond for me. I know he will do the same for you.

Scheduling was hard to do between the different crews. Salesman would not return calls after no one showed up for scheduled work. After numerous calls and 2 months later work was done. However fence was left down, yard was tore up, concrete steps were left in the middle of yard. In other words they did no cleanup and calls back to company yielded promises but no results

If you’re looking for an honest company that will do the job right and be there for you when things go wrong this is not it. I hired this company to install 14 piers to stop my house from sinking. This involved digging 11 holes in my unfinished basement and was done in December 2021. A few months later, all of the newly poured concrete was cracking severely. I called the company and they sent a technician to look. We found that the concrete was not poured correctly. They scheduled the repair date. This was canceled the first time, no-call no-show the second time, then finally they showed up for the third date. I asked the tech that day if we should check the piers in case the crew didn’t install those correctly and he sayid no because an inspection was done after the install, and wasn’t needed. Two months later, the doors in my house started having trouble closing and interior cracks started to spread. I called the company and they sent a tech named John Haake out to mark where the house was sitting at that moment. One month later, the doors in my house were much worse and some were not shutting. John came back out and measured again, my house sank 3/8 inches in one month. He told me that he would get me a repair date that will be a couple weeks later, then stopped answering my texts and calls, without the repair date actually being scheduled. I called the office and scheduled the appointment myself but the best date they could provide was 2 months later. I called the company and John multiple times and texted them pictures of the spreading damage and they refused to move the date up. I finally got through to Ryan, John’s boss, and urgently requested that he send someone to come see the damage, send me the warranty paperwork, and move up my date. He said he would send someone, send the paperwork, and check on the date. He only did the first. The tech who came out was John again. No courtesy call, he just showed up to my house after ignoring my calls and texts for 2 months and starts taking measurements. He found that the house had sank further but the company still refused to move the date up. 107 days after I reported there was an issue and 71 days after the company confirmed there was an issue, the repair crew finally showed up and told me that the previous crew was fired for messing up multiple jobs. The company has no process in place to prevent this from happening. They found that 13 of the piers were not installed correctly and the 14th was never installed at all. Because the piers were installed inside the house, they could not lift the house back to where it was 3 months prior so the damage caused by the company’s negligence and slow response is irreversible. It took 4 days to complete the repairs and in their rush to leave they did not pour the concrete correctly again. An inspector wasn’t sent to make sure the work was done correctly so the company cannot guarantee the work was completed correctly. Not that it mattered since an inspector came the first time. John and Ryan are now ignoring all my calls and texts again and the company is refusing to pay for the damages caused to my home due to their negligence that is totaling thousands of dollars. Please don’t make the same mistake. Read the other one star reviews. Find a better company.

I’ve had a very poor experience with this company. I had them come to my home showing them some very specific settlement issues. They suggested a repair on my front foundation to the tune of $10,000. The settlement only got worse. The fix did not resolve my issues. Upon several calls They sent out their service manager and sales manager. They did not take any responsibility for not fixing my issues. They suggested another $12,000 in work. When I called/texted/emailed for follow up questions I received not response. This was after repeated efforts to get them to respond. This company sent out untrained sales specialist who sold me a repair I didn’t need. They lack follow up and commitment to resolve issues.

I am very dissatisfied/disappointed to their service. They did not fixed our Foundation the we want it to be fixed. All the problems came back after 6 months. We hired Foundation Recovery twice, first it was in 2019, we paid $5000 plus but after just 6 months the problem came back. We called them to fix the problem but instead of fixing it they advises us to a Full Repair to our Whole Foundation so believed them again. So this year 2022 we decided to hired them again. Instead getting other Company’s we decided to hired them again because they already knows our problem. Just last April 2022 they fixed our foundation we paid them $23,000 plus but the problem came back again. We called them last October but they just checked it and this December the same person come back to just checked it again. He said that we need to pay more because the beams that’s not good is not in the warranty!???

100% completely pathetic. When they came in to do the work in November, first thing I was hit with was an additional $685 charge because five 2x4 framing boards were not removed close to the ceiling and one plastic drain in the floor was not removed. Told them that I removed everything that I was told to remove by the salesman who came out twice. Also told them if that is the case, they are free to pack up and leave. Few minutes later they came back and waved that fee. Now I wish that I would have just let them go. Job was done so bad the first time that they came out the next day and redid 4 out of the 5 braces. Wood was splitting, Braces weren't touching the floor joist. Some of the braces were crooked. Fast forward to March, more wooden braces are cracking. Some of the beams are only touching the wall by 4 inches. One is so loose that I can move it by hand. Another is only making contact with the wall by the edge of the beam. One of the floor joist where they attached the wood brace to it. Instead of putting the screws right in the middle of the board, they put them off centered toward the back of it. Now all the floor joists are broken where the pressure split them in that section. In March I called them, was given a two week date. That was canceled due to a very light snow. Was given another 2 week date. This whole time thinking they were going to send people in to fix it. what did they do? They were just sending in one person to look at it! Who told me everything needs to be redone and I should be getting a call in the next 3-4 days. That was 8 days ago! I wish Angi's would allow photos so you could get the full affect. FYI: They charged slightly under 1k per brace.

Brad Broockerd did an excellent job of evaluating my needs for repairing my foundation and floor issues. • Scheduled promptly. • Showed up on time. • Called before arriving. • Excellent laser technology for measuring problems with leaning walls. • No guess work. • Detailed estimate with easy to understand drawing. • No charge for the estimate. I have had water leak problems for years with this house. Also mystery noises and cracks in walls. Doors and windows that work one day and not the next. I have made several extensive repairs myself for 25 years ago. So I understand thoroughly what is involved. Only recently did I realize the East wall was leaning in. Thank You For Your Expertise.
