His comment after inspecting the guttering was " this guttering was not installed properly and I'll be surprised if this guttering even stays on for a year!" I am now responsible for, as they put it, "removing and properly reinstalling the gutters myself!!" Or spend the money once more for them to correct their incredibly shoddy workmanship by properly installing the guttering."
