Passow Remodeling has been wonderful to work with during our bath remodel. Ryan Passow and his craftsmen are conscientious, courteous, and very talented. We appreciated the phone calls to affirm their arrival, who would be coming, and what they would do each day. Brian and Teddy solved our problems with a wavy floor and bowed walls to lay our plank tiles precisely and perfectly. John hung doors and Tom and Brian made sure everything was exactly level and correct. Our home is almost forty years old, so things have settled and twisted. It’s a lot bigger job with more tweaking to get tiles, doors, etc. to work.
They were also so kind to our Project Supervisor, all 13 lbs. of her dog-self.
I would definitely recommend Passow Remodeling for any job: big or small. Their trucks brag that they provide worry-free remodeling; and, it’s true!
Took some time to get scheduled and started.
We are real satisfied with the outcome.
did a wonderful job! all is working perfectly now.
"Thanks [Member Name Removed], We appreciate the review. Anything we can do let us know!"
It was fine. Overall the company sucks. The sub contractors were ok. The actual guy Ryan Passow I would rate as a D. It was primarily errors that we re made on his part, first with the estimate, then the contract, and we talked about it and went with it. Then he made errors on installs and things that we had already addressed. It was like not listening to what we were trying to say. If there are issues with him not being knowledgeable with permits about building codes in certain areas. He would have to look it up and then not get back to me. Make sure what he is recommending is up to code. At times, he has some anger issues. He was less verbally angry when my husband was there; when it was just me and my kids he would be more loud and belligerent. His price as reasonable, not the lowest and not the highest.
"Thanks for letting me know your feelings. It helps us get better and learn. I did have to research some codes since we were out in the county and had different things going on. I do all jobs per code and would never leave anything if I new it was not to code. If I did not respond it was because we just too care of it. There was nothing installed incorrectly that I know of. The house originally was not built well with very unusual materials. I do not think anything was installed incorrectly, just took some modifications to make work. Yes there was an estimate error but it was discussed before starting work. Sorry you were not completely happy with our service. It was very difficult communication with you and your husband flying back every so often. I think the final product came out very nice."
"Did you let us know about screen? Accidents do happen but we always take care of it. What mess? Can you give me some details? I find that hard to believe but would have appreciated the opportunity to see and clean it up."
"Sorry it was difficult. We were very busy and backed up at the time. We had also just lost our only estimator. That is no excuse but please forgive us. We are not normally like that."
"Thanks for the nice review. I am glad she and you are happy with the work. Can you give me a little more detail as to what you wanted us to do that we didn't? Did we leave something unfinished? Did you want to hire us to do something else? Always looking for good feedback. Thanks for anything you can give me."
