Santa Fe Air Conditioning has been "Making Life Comfortable" since 1987. We hold both Master Mechanical and Master Electrical licenses. Our company is large enough to meet all your heating and cooling needs, but small enough that you receive personal service from a staff that truly cares! Servicing the entire Kansas City Metro area.

"Scheduled an AC checkup for my primary residence, a single family home of roughly 1400 square feet. An on-site crew came out where a "senior" technician was training someone new. To be specific, the newbie was doing *all* the wrenching. The "senior" tech was "observing". This crew checked everything out on my condenser outside and found nothing out of specification, including the amount of refrigerant. I specifically inquired about that before they began work, and after. Less than 36 hours later, my AC system is no longer producing any cold air while the condenser compressor is running constantly. I call Santa Fe back and they send someone out to verify and fix the situation. During this visit, the technician indicates the system is almost entirely devoid of refrigerant. After consulting with the home office, I'm asked to be spoken to by the lady doing dispatch and calling the shots. She indicates that since their technicians left the residence with everything working properly, I would need to sign a waiver for them to do any further work. This was apparently because my AC system appears to have a leak. I tried to explain "with proof" how my AC system was working previously to their training crew coming out. I took screenshots of my Nest thermostat showing before and after. She wasn't having any of it, despite this second technician trying to make the situation right while on the call. Luckily, he went ahead and refilled my system. I tried calling back, asking for a supervisor or ownership, but I never heard back. Since the second technician visit, my AC system has been working just as it did before."

"Terrible and unresolved! 8/2020 paid in full for 2 countertops, sinks, faucets. & installation. Many issues arose, job was put on hold while the installer reapplied for certification, 82" quartz countertop was lost, switched with another, I got the wrong one, finally found, install on 12/07/2020 but the two quartz side pieces for the 82" top were damaged and wrong length.. 2 new side pieces ordered..on 12/7/2020, i waited, called, they'd forgotten to order, called again, and again no one seems to know whats going on, get moved to a new 'in charge' person, wait till march2021, she hasn't ordered, talk to manager, he's shocked says it sounds like no one has been doing their job, that was march, now july and i haven't heard from the store,, i filed a bbb claim, lowes corporate customer care just offered me a refund on the install fee, but not the countertop,, and it seems the side pieces are no longer available, so they can't finish the job, but won't refund for the countertop because "they fuflled their job by installing the top"...But, the top is cut jagged at the edges so i can't even tile or just caulk to the wall.. they will not refund for the job. I'm in shock,, really. btw, i guess lowes topeka never thought of calling me to tell the pieces were unavailable,,?"

"Terrible! Wish I had gone with another company. Here is the issue with Heavenly Heat. If your sauna arrives damaged or and issue arrives -- they have zero technical support. Your repairs will be done by any "joe" that heavenly heat finds to do the repair in your area. They will have no experience with Sauna's and are given no instructions regarding the chemical free aspect of these sauna's. The worst part is the buyer, me, was treated as if I was the problem for wanting my sauna repaired correctly. I would have refused the delivery had I realized I was receiving a damaged sauna and would have to spend hours and days trying to get this resolved. The owner, Bob Morgan, is extremely responsive before he has your money but after, is a different story. When inquiring about the sauna he would respond generally within 10 minutes. After you purchase, and particularly if you have a problem with it, you are treated as if you're a nuisance. My sister bought a competitors sauna around the same time and the service she received from knowledgable representatives was a world of difference from my experience. My other issue was that there were shipping delays and Bob would never communicate them. I would have to pursue him to get information. I think they make a decent sauna but I would not recommend for reasons stated above."
