Their negligence caused over $13,000 in property damage, and after almost three months of back-and-forth, there is still no resolution. Instead of taking accountability, Jacob pushed responsibility onto the subcontractors and failed to honor the terms of his own contract. Based on my experience, this company is untrustworthy and unreliable."
