Excellent work! Randy came and did a stellar job for us - every window was perfectly clean and streak free and every screen was wiped down as well. He even was able to remove some hard water marks caused by the sprinklers hitting the windows in our downstairs family room. Would use them again in a hearbeat and would request Randy.

They always do a great job. One of the things I like about them, is that they're off duty firemen, so you know they're safe when they're up on the ladders cleaning. I've used them for a few years, and now they come out quarterly. They even work Saturdays, which is wonderful. Their pricing is very reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have used Firehouse Windows several times now.  They are prompt, professional, and do all of my windows in about 1 hour.  I am very pleased with them.

I've used this service for years and been very pleased. The last time I called them they sent Mexicans out to do the work that could barely speak English. They were supposed to wash the screens as I've always had them do. For some reason, they had a problem with this. They did not have the buckets or proper equipment to wash the screens. I told them to use the water hose. I looked out and they were just wiping the screens off with a dry cloth. I became agitated and tried to explain to them what was required. They finally started spraying the screens.  I later learned the business had been sold off and fireman were no longer doing the work. I have not called upon them again.

I received a call from Firehouse concerning this review. They claim they?ve never hired employees that do not speak English. They believe I hired a different company. The only thing I can think of is that another company called me and misrepresented themselves as Firehouse to try to get the job.

Was prompt and courteous. Would use again for sure. Scheduling was fast and easy and they worked around my availability.

If you are willing to "deal" with late crews this is your company.

The workers were v good. It's the 3rd or 4th time I used them. They did arrive late, which was a bit of a problem because I had to pick up family at the airport. They are very nice people to have in the house, which is important.

We were pleased with them. They did a really nice job. There was a couple of people, they were very professional and they did a good job. We felt that they helped us sell our house.

They were fantastic! I don't know why anyone would go to the frustration and hassle of cleaning their own windows when the Firehouse Window Cleaning team of Chad & John can do it for you. They are thorough, efficient, professional, and a very good value. They were in and out in less than 2 hours. I am extremely pleased and will be calling Firehouse Windows again this Fall.

We have used this company since 2004.  They are very professional and I feel comfortable having them in my home to clean windows.  We have so many windows, most of them have multiple panes to clean around, and we have always been exceptionally pleased with the result.

They were prompt and did a good job cleaning the windows. I discovered after they left however that they had nicked walls and were really rough when they took screens out. I was able to clean up the walls with a magic eraser. I also asked them to remove a plant growing in our gutter, they didn’t do it and I didn’t notice until too late. I called and they promised to send someone else out but they never showed.

They did an excellent job. They were always on time, cleaned up well after the job, and they an extensive job.

They were easy to work with.  They did a good job.  They were pretty quick.  We have a lot of windows and so it cost us about $500.  I haven’t compared prices for a long time.

They are great. They go all over the city. They clean gutters. They will also come inside to clean a big light fixture. They put protective coatings on the furniture to protect it from the sun. They will do little extra things like clean the fireplace if you ask them to and will not charge you for it. The overall experience was excellent. I would use this service again.

They are very prompt and friendly.  They are responsive to problems.  I have used them for years.

You create the job order so they will clean what you want, even if you only want the inside or outside done. It is a bit more expensive with the windows that have true divided light glass. These are individual panes of glass and in this case they will charge you per individual pane.
