Several contractors told us we needed to tear out the old but Matt suggested the existing patio could be covered with brick pavers and the slope could be corrected during installation. He created new rock landscape beds, installed a sprinkler system with plant spaghetti lines, repaired our fence, and up in sod after we installed a new pool. He followed up proactively when I needed to winterize and completed that without me even having to call him. He has also done work for my Mom.
