"Charlie went above and beyond to make sure our roof replacement went smoothly. He did a great job explaining everything to us and answering all our questions. He was very thorough as he advocated for us with the insurance company. He and his crew did a fantastic job from start to finish. The price was very reasonable, and we definitely recommend him."

"I am a Homeowners adjuster and inspect roofs for a living. I deal with roofing companies on a daily basis. I cannot say enough good words about Noble Roofing & Exteriors. On top of workmanship, I care about timely communication and proactive handling of repairs and Noble Roofing & Exteriors exceeded my expectations on all fronts. The work product was tremendous with no issues at all. There are not enough good words to say about this company. I would use them again in a heartbeat when their services are needed. Great price, great communication, great product. Nothing more you could ask for."

"It was refreshing to have an honest repairman come out and look inside the house where it was leaking and also on the roof. Rodney Jenkins did an awesome job figuring out the issues and caulking those areas to eliminate the leaks caused by poor workmanship when my roof was replaced in 2013 or 2014. I would highly recommend this company."

Customers say: True professional

"After the last windstorm I had a few shingles blow off. Then after it rained, I had a leak. Contacted Brady at Downunder and he was able to take a look almost immediately. He said the roof could be repaired and did not need to be replaced (like the other guy was trying to get me to do). Brady gave me an extremely low quote and was able to perform the work quickly. Brady even did some corrective work that my last roofer failed to do (i.e. caulk exposed nail heads, seal loose shingles, etc.). After the work was done, I had went up on the roof to install Christmas lights. Looking around, I could see Brady did good work! Will definitely use him again. In talking to Brady, I found out he does other home construction projects. Based on my experience with the roof, I will definitely contact him first for any remodeling job. Thanks Brady!"

Roofing questions, answered by experts

The installation may have been done correctly. However, improperly installed gutter guards can easily damage your shingles. Also, cheap gutter guards rarely come with installation fixtures. In the worst cases, they simply ask you to nail the guards in, which would sabotage your roof’s water resistance and thus void the warranty. To be sure, always check with your home warranty provider before making any modifications.

You should avoid choosing a metal roof if your home has a weak structural support system, as metal roofs can be heavier than roofs made of other materials. If you're in a region prone to frequent hailstorms or high winds, you also need to be aware that denting may occur.

Yes, a roof blister can cause a leak if it gets to the point where it pops. Prior to popping, a roof blister is just an aesthetic issue, but once it pops, you’re left with a small hole in the shingle. Water from rain and snow can easily get inside this hole and interact with your underlayment, roof decking, and the building material below.

Gaps between tiles are necessary to help with weatherproofing, allow for thermal expansion, and increase wind resistance. In general, a small gap no larger than 3 millimeters wide will encourage proper drainage and limit cracking. Beyond that, tiles should overlap a minimum of 3 inches, except at the eaves where they should extend to the center of the gutter.

If a home isn’t properly winterized, the pipes can freeze and burst, causing flooding and massive property damage. It can also leave your house susceptible to pests, which can infest it and cause significant damage. Winterizing a home can prevent many potential issues and save you money on costly repairs.
