Great! Mr. Lantz came promptly the following morning; determined that yes, the seal around the vent pipe was deteriorated; fixed that as well as the seal around another pipe. Was happy to get that done before last night's rain. (He also correctly estimated the age of the roof and advised me on gutter situation.)

Excellent! 435 Roofing promptly called us, came out the same day, and gave us a quote as we had a leak from recent rain. 435 Roofing brought a crew of experienced roofers and added collars to pipe flashings, caulked areas on the flat roof, caulked the chimney cap and did other roof maintenance. 435 Roofing was very professional, knew what they were talking about, and completed the project in a timely manner. I would hire 435 Roofing again. They did an excellent job.

435 Roofing responded immediately when we called hearing a leak. Come to find out, our roof was worse than we thought. Lloyd took pictures and actually met our insurance adjuster out at the house to review what he had found. Within a week we had a new roof ordered. We were able to see example locations of colors we liked and quickly got the estimate and product scheduled to be installed. Installation took 1 day and the team of seven (7) did an excellent job. The workers were on time and cleaned up after themselves. Lloyd did all the leg work in explaining to us how the process worked, even meeting with our insurance adjuster and performing another walk thru with them to review all the damage we had. After all is said and done, it has been 1 month and we are all fixed and ready to go into 2021 and new season with a beautiful new roof. We were very impressed and would recommend 435 Roofing! Hired Whitney and his crew to replace my shingle roof and repair some related woodwork. He subcontracted the gutter replacement to another crew. Whitney recommended installation of new attic vents. The installation of the vents looked pretty terrible from inside the attic and, when I complained, they were redone. During the first hard rain following the installation of the roof, water began to drip from the ceiling into our family room. It was pouring in from above a window in any upstairs office. Whitney promptly sent a workman out to find and repair the problem with the roof, then arranged for the sheetrock in the family room to be replaced and repainted. A great deal of unnecessary disruption. I also noticed that the gutters were leaking so the gutter crew was required to return and reseal the gutters. They did such a poor job that I was forced to re-do the job myself. The lead guy for the gutter crew said he would return the next day to complete an additional minor repair but he never showed up. This job cost a lot of money and I was thoroughly disappointed in the lack of professionalism demonstrated by the workman.

Went well - I had active leaks and they were very timely and did a great job

Lloyd came out and determined it was actually condensate in the fan vent hose. He is very good and great to not only fix but explain what to do to prevent in the future.

Complete without difficulty

Our experience was quite good. We have had a lot of issues going on this Spring because of the weather. They did have some trouble getting here but it just kept raining. Then they got started and it rained a lot of days. It ended up taking them almost two weeks to get the roof done. It wasn't their fault. They had done the roofs on either side of our house and that went on very quickly with much more cooperative weather. They have done about 6 houses within a block of us in the last 5 or 6 months I would say. We got several bids and theirs was very much in the ball park whether it was the lowest I would doubt but they came very highly recommended from neighbors. So we figured they had been around a lot and were probably a good bet. They did a good job. They were here bright and early every day that they could work. I would use them again, I hope I don't have to.

Hopefully I don't have to but I would use them again if I need too.

Very pleased with this roofing experience. Whitney was very professional and never made me feel rushed. He was one of the few companies that took time to come out and speak to me when giving the estimate. He answered all of my many questions and was very well priced. Roof was installed quickly with great clean up and looks great. I would highly recommend 435 roofing.

Well that wasn't so bad!!! I had a lovely leak on my kitchen ceiling. I called Whitney who was referred to me. He could come out in a few days, worked with my schedule, and was on time (actually early). He checked over the entire area where we thought the leak was, and he was very thorough checking things out. He didn't try to sell me on more costly solutions that were not necessary. He came up with a solution and took care of it why he was here. He also fixed a gutter for me that was falling away from the roof line. His pricing was very very reasonable, and I will be calling him again for anything that has to do with my roof!! It feels good to know I have someone reliable and trustworthy to call.
