Gutters and fascia boards look amazing and the price was reasonable BUT the customer service needs a lot of work: Gutters were installed much earlier than expected with minimal oversight needed from me. That was a nice but very frustrating surprise as I work in an office and not at home. The Ring doorbell notified me of their arrival even though they called the morning of but didn't really leave a voicemail. I repeatedly told them I have a severe hearing disability and that I'm deaf and they kept calling me after I instructed multiple times that texting and email would guarantee a faster response from me. When the project was confirmed they couldn't give me a hard date in which I needed because I wanted to replace the fascia boards myself to prepare for their arrival and decrease labor costs. After project confirmation, they told me they would call me in a few weeks to set a date as they are busy but they never called and they showed up out of the blue ready to work on my unprepared house. Their extremely unplanned early arrival made it impossible for me to prepare for them and ended up causing me to spend more on labor and materials as I felt very rushed to work with their schedule. My partner works from home but was very frustrated that the unexpected arrival and noise caused our pets to freak out and he wasn't able to prepare his workday for the interruptions. Another thing to note is that the payment methods are not listed anywhere in the website or the invoice. It is 2021 and I'm under 30 years old and haven't needed to use a check since 2015 so I had to run to the bank for a sheet of paper checks assuming that is the required payment method. Why aren't there any options to pay electronically on the website using the invoice/account number? That technology and website feature has been around for a very long time. Younger demographics are entering homeownership so the company should really consider adapting modern communication that accommodate disabilities and different payment methods. Because of this, I probably will not recommend this company to my peers. The whole experience left me feeling very frustrated as a deaf young individual with much less money in the bank account. At least the gutters look amazing and the prices were reasonable.

Excellent. Scheduled as soon as weather permitted after phoning in request. Workers let us know they were here and working, cleaned up grounds and deck after they were finished, gutters look great. 3rd or 4th year using JOCO.

The work was performed in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. I thought the communication with the company was excellent, especially in comparison to many of the other contractors we have used recently. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

They came when they said they were coming they were very professional. They did a very good job. I would definitely would recommend and hire them again.

Clean my gutters They did a great job

Everything went quickly and well. I had a downspout that needed to be rerouted after fence installation and an extender that had been damaged. My mother had used Johnson County to replace guttering on her house after storm damaged years ago--so I wanted to work with this company again because they did such good work at that time.

Very well, good communication, on schedule on time. Additional rotten wood was found up on the roof line, pictures taken and submitted with a priced up change order all BEFORE work had begun. I'd use Johnson County Guttering again and recommend them to anyone in need of repairs to the exterior of your building envelope.

Asked for a quote and for a phone call before the representative arrived. I didn't receive a call as requested and didn't know what day he was coming to my house. He showed up as I was leaving for dinner...ok, but would have liked to know the date/time! I left two messages asking for help understanding the quote and finally got a call back. The quote I received is generic. I'm going to keep "shopping". Company seems unorganized and unprofessional and that is a red flag to me.

Installer was on time and did a good job.

I am so pleased with the work. I had wood rot around windows and on the house. They replaced the rotted wood and then put my vinyl siding on. It was a complete makeover and I couldn't be happier. There were no hidden costs or surprises. The quote I was given is what I paid in the end.

Kevin and his team did a great job on our gutter installation. They were prompt, professional and courteous. We are very satisfied with the work and I would definitely recommend them.

Our repairman was Mike and his helper. Both were very professional and experienced. I don't think Mike has found any guttering or roofing problems he hasn't encountered before and fixed. During the repair and after completion, Mike kept me advised of the work they were doing and allowed me to inspect and ask questions. They did a good job of cleaning up all the waste from the job site.

Professional, quality material and workmanship, great people to work with. To go with 6" new gutters from old 4"....was a really good decision.
