The job itself seemed to go very well but there was a problem that I found out after they finished the job and there were damaged gutters. If the roofing crew have notified myself or the contractor in fixing the issues, it would have been simple. When I did the contract of the roof, I also contracted the gutter to be replaced, and they has not replaced the gutter. Update 04/21/2025: The contractor responded to my issues and did a fantastic job. Thank you for responding quickly and so well.

From start to finish every member of the Becker team was professional as well as friendly. All the work as well as cleanup were top notch, to include additional passes looking for any nails. Chris (Project Manager) provided excellent communication, before, during and after the replacement.

Instead of hiring two different companies, I was able to hire just one. We had really bad storm damage so I had to get an engineer and a framer involved. Luckily the Insurance company took care of the engineer, but Becker took care of the framing AND the roof replacement. The owner was onsite 98% of the job as well as our PM and everything went better than expected. The "Chris(s)" did an amazing job making sure I was happy! I will recommend them to family and friends. Very happy with the job. Roof looks great. They followed up after job quickly. Really no issues at all but they are very attentive to even small minor things. Easy to get ahold of if needed. Definitely use them.
