I thought their quote was within the range. Their price was comparable to the company we chose. I have heard good things about them. The company we chose had good things to say about them as far as a competitor. The guy who came out was okay. I didn't have any problem with them. I think they did fine and I didn't have any adverse reactions to them. I would get another estimate from them

They arrived on time, and worked every day until job completed. If they were waiting for something they would let me know the details. We were very happy with the work and the workers.

  • Natural Breeze Remodeling
This was a big job and took about four weeks, with a week or so lost to rainy weather. They were very particular about the materials that were used and twice sent back wood and railing materials that were not acceptable. All hardware and fasteners were new and top grade. No leftovers from other jobs or shop parts. Before any work started we talked with about what we wanted and they provided detailed sketches of what they planned to build. We were able to make a few changes and additions based on these sketches, so that our bid price included what we wanted, and we had very few added items. We always received a quote for any additional items before the work was done. One item that we really liked was that they did a good job of cleaning up at the end of every work day, and they did an excellent job of managing their material deliveries. They had their materials delivered when needed, and they did not use our yard to stockpile material ahead of time. Their foreman checked daily to make sure that the work was being done to our satisfaction. Once all the work was done we had a short list of minor items that needed to be adjusted or finished and this work was completed promptly. We decided to change the deck door from a swing out to a swing in, to open. This wasn't detailed in the plans but this work was done at no additional cost to us. We also asked for a modification to a support post foundation, that would save us several hundred dollars, and they agreed to work with a City Inspector to accommodate our request. They also paid attention to the small details like fitting the sides of the new screen supports to the house, with overlapping corners to hide end but joints. They incorporated our request for a coffee cup ledge in the new railing that worked our just great. One last item, after a recent wind storm we noticed a small hole in one of the new screens, and when we mentioned this, they replaced the screen free of charge, even though the damage was caused by the storm. To us, they went above and beyond what we expected

  • Four Seasons Sunrooms
The entire project from start to finish was low stress and exciting to see develop. Because Jerry explained each step of the process, we knew what to expect and why things were being done. The crew arrived promptly each morning. My husband was impressed with how well they worked together. Jerry did tell us his crew have been with him over twenty years! They certainly knew what they were doing. The project took about a week to finish. All building materials, trash, and ladders, etc. were removed and they even swept the room and cleaned the glass! I was impressed. This company is well-run, honest, and the finished sunroom is beautiful! I would strongly recommend them to anyone

  • Renovation MD
We had a small existing deck with a roof. The deck was in poor condition, so we had Renovation MD tear it out and replace it with an expanded deck, which was also covered and then screened in. The workers were professional and courteous and did a good job. They made an effort to clean up at the end of each day and when the job was finished, there was very little detritus left in the yard. The roof addition looks great and matches seamlessly with our old roof. The paint and other materials also matches up wonderfully. Overall, we're very happy. The initial quote was $26,000 and there was no overrun. The job was completed at that price in a timely fashion and with the high quality materials identified in the proposal

  • PDQ Construction Inc
If I could give this review zero stars I would. On PDQ’s website they have a quote, “the bitterness of poor quality lingers long after the cheap price is forgotten.“ They put this on their website because their prices are not cheap so they are trying to sell people on the high quality of work that they do. However, in my experience with PDQ, the price was high and the quality was still extremely poor. The owner, Mike, was very personable and likable during the estimate and walk through process. Once he had our business, that all changed. First of all, he promised us several times that once his crew started our job he would not send them to a different job until ours was 100% completed. We were told the project would take about 3 months to complete. It took PDQ 9 full months to complete our job and, on multiple occasions, he sent the entire crew to other jobs so nothing got done on our house for a day (or days) at a time. (Actually, there were several things that didn’t end up getting completed until 5 months after Mike pulled his crew…a full 12 months after they were hired). 7 months in, he came in and did a walk-through with his crew and, before leaving, told them that they had two days to finish the job and then he was sending them on to the next job. The crew had more than two days worth of work left to do so they rushed through as much as they could and still didn’t get everything completed. They had to come back multiple times over the next two months to clean up, touch up, and complete work that was sloppily rushed through or incomplete. In the end, we ended up hiring a professional cleaner to come in and clean the entire house because of the mess they had made and we had to trash several pieces of furniture because they had been destroyed (see pictures). And during this whole process, Mike was very unpleasant to deal with and demanded payment in full, even though the job was not completed. Once the job is done, we noticed the final invoice had been altered from the signed contract with a pencil (Mike had gone back and written in several things after we had all signed). In the end, my spouse just wanted to be done with him so we ended up paying for additional items that were not done to our home (several thousands of dollars). I thought about writing a review at that time but really just wanted to be done and move on. However, we are now less than a year since the “completion“ of our project and have had multiple issues with their work. The floor that was installed in the basement has major damage and issues caused by the poor installation. We contacted a flooring company that sells the brand and had one of the brand installers come to our house who verified that the problem was with the installation, not the product. We have also had a door and a window leak extremely bad when it rains. I have sent pictures and videos to Mike at PDQ to let him know about the problems. I have called, texted, and walked in his office on multiple occasions over the last three months and still have not been able to get him to send a crew to fix the problems. In fact, other than one text message to acknowledge that he was receiving my texts, he won’t even respond or return a phone call. My next step is to contact a lawyer and get the legal system involved. Do NOT be fooled by the show put on by Mike prior to signing a contract. This owner does NOT care about you, your satisfaction, or the quality of his work. He just wants to get paid. Not all pictures and videos from our issues are attached, however, all attached have been provided to Mike on multiple occasions
