It went really well. The process of getting an estimate was clear and the process was clearly outlined. All our questions were answered. Communication about the onset of the process was timely and concise. The crew showed up when they said and the work was done well. Would absolutely use them again.

They were amazing. They started out with a mess from the retaining wall from 3 properties. Hauled away all the mess and put up an amazing retaining wall for all 3 properties. I could not be more pleased and impressed with the job they did. The city was here talking to another neighbor about a problem, saw the work being done. They commented that they wished all companies were as efficient and tidy. As positive as they were and wished all companies were the same. Hoping all concrete companies would do the same as Concrete Genie. I highly recommend them since they are such a blessing. I had 7 other companies that gave us a bid and Concrete Genie was the only one that offered to use rebar and filled the blocks with concrete.

Poured a 6ft X 8ft thick concrete pad with rounded corners, stamped and sealed. He was on top of all of the schedules and always on time. The workers were careful around my plants and cleaned up the area every time they were here working. Great communication via text and cell. Very reasonable on the cost. Anxious to get my grill and work table on the super steady and fire proof concrete pad.

I highly recommend Concrete Genie! The owner, Eddie, is very good about giving a quick response. I found him on Angie's List. I put in a request for a bid on a new concrete patio late one night and Eddie gave me a call first thing in the morning to set up a time to come out and give me an estimate. Most concrete companies I would try to get a hold of never would get back to me. I was given a written estimate the same day he came out. He was very thorough and explained everything. He said he could start working on it in two to three weeks. I was shocked when he came out a week after I signed the contract with him to start working on the patio. It took them about a day in a half to get it ready to pour the concrete and poured the concrete that evening after the prep work was done even when the temperature was 100 degrees. Eddie then came out a week later to seal the patio. Very impressed with Eddie and his crew! We were going to put in a new deck, but are very happy we decided to put in a patio instead. We love our new patio!

I had Concrete Genie do my patio repairs and did an amazing job I had him give me a bid for my driveway and again was very professional and very quick at a response. He gave us a bid and the start and completion time frame. We were very pleased with the previous work we had received that making this decision was extremely easy. We accepted his bid and he started the job and completed it in the time frame. Asking him to do it in winter is very challenging but had some warm days and he was able to make it look awesome. My husband and I could not be happier.
