We highly recommend Alan and his crew. We’ve had them paint the exterior of our home and perform a kitchen remodel. Couldn’t be more happy with the results.

Wayne Bridges and his team did an outstanding job. He has painted my house, installed a security system, and did landscaping and lawn work for me. He is totally honest and fair. His bids are reasonable and within market. He always does more than contracted for and always leaves your home better than it was before. I will definitely hire him again and strongly recommend him for general remodeling and construction work.

Allan and Chris did a very good job! They were very quick and at the end of the day they kept the area clean. They also did a great job matching the cedar shake siding. They replaced all the windows and panel inserts. Then they were able to find a screen comparable to the old screen that no one makes any longer. Allan went out of his way to find this particular screen. Over all they put my porch back together better than it was. Yet exactly the way it was. Which is what I wanted. I would highly recommend hiring them for your project too.

AA Construction did an outstanding job. They combined a half bath and a laundry room into one room. The resulting room is gorgeous. This is the third major project they have done for me and I won't use anyone else. They worked within my budget and made sure that my vision came to life. It had never occurred to me to combine the rooms until Allan suggested it, but it was a genius idea. All details were perfect. I highly recommend them.

Allan and his partner Chris are craftsmen. The new patio door looks sensational. I couldn't be more pleased with the improvement to the house I just purchased, Also, Allan improved the lighting in my house.

Amazing. AA construction had previously completed remodeling of 3 bathrooms, entire basement, all interior doors, installed French doors and double exterior doors. They also installed remote blinds and customer crafted bathroom vanity and a cabinet. During the exterior job of demolishing a deck and patio, AA also supervised a new poured patio and installed a beautiful cedar deck with custom balusters. They removed a window and installed double doors to connect the deck. AA had tremendously innovative and welcomed ideas for details to the construction. They listen to the client. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would hire them again.

If there were marks better than "A", this company would have them in ALL categories. As noted, a home that I had rented (out) for decades was badly abused by tenants and required a major overhaul. The job was scoped by several (4) contractors. Allan (AA co-owner) was the only one - who on the initial visit - was not afraid to get a 'little dirty' looking in all kinds of places so he would really understand the situation best. We solicited numerous bids for repair, and AA spent a bit more time than others to prepare a very detailed quote. The others seemed happy to estimate way high to cover their butts. The AA quote made it clear they understood all facets of the job including repairs needed for: 1. Floors (installing 3 different floor coverings - carpet, wood, and tile), 2. Walls (drywall, finish, and paint) 3. Ceiling repair 4. Windows (installed 14, various sizes) 5. Doors (framing, hanging, finishing, interior, exterior) 6. Construction (kitchen rebuild and modifications) 7. Kitchen (cabinets, counters, backsplashes, pluming, appliances, electrical) 8. Bathrooms (plumbing, fixtures, tile work, restoration, AC ducting) 9. Complete electrical service upgrade, all electrical fixtures, lights, and outlets to code. 10. Basement (plumbing, flooring, clean & paint) 9. Roof and Exterior (shake wood shingle replacement and repair, gutters, vegetation removal, runoff elevations corrected, landscaping, cosmetic improvements) 10. Garage (floor, door, elect) 11. Custom deck work 12. Fence and gate repair. The list above should emphasize that AA touched every part of this 60 year old home in the course of their efforts. There was NO single area of the house that could even be considered "ok" beforehand - EVERY AREA was "poor"!! His team performed like specialists in every area they touched (plumbing, electrical, construction - you name it) and NOT just "good at some things, not-so-good" at others. They were very good at EVERYTHING. Furthermore, AA was able to address EVERY problem that they ran into (and there were many many), using experience, and when needed, creativity. His foreman Chris is a total pro and they were super-easy to work with. Not only does Allan (and Chris) possess a WORK ETHIC that has become pretty rare nowadays, his YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in CUSTOM KITCHENS allowed him to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and a level of design awareness that came in very handy. He knows what right looks like! He never took shortcuts, even when he could have and where others might. He takes great pride in his work, and I think he feels connected to the project in a way that a friend or family member would. He did what he said he'd do EVERY TIME, and I view him as extremely trustworthy. I am omitting the value of the job in the info here as I see that as being sensitive information, but I will say that AA was highly competitive on price, and far superior in quality than all other bidders. They kept on task and we never had to wonder "what's going on?". Allan often sent photo updates (we are out of the local area) and we spoke on a frequent basis (but not too much). I would recommend Allan and Melissa Bridges and AA Construction and Remodel to my friends and family and know that I did a really good thing. I've included a few pics, but honestly pictures can't really tell the whole story. What's missing is just how bad the "before" was, and a lot of Allan's teams work ends up being hidden in photos anyway (inside walls, under floors, etc.). You will get a good sense of the work quality in any case. It looks like a brand new home. All in all, an "A+" performance.

The job went very well and very professional. They came did a great job and were great at cleaning up. They would not let us help in any way. They even made suggestions that made the remodeling better.

I needed someone to touch up 9 years of wear and tear on my 9 year old $500k house so it would look like new when we sell it. Allan was great at steering me away from big expensive fixes so I'd get the most bang for my buck (other contractors wanted to re-tile my whole shower). He also offered several extra services to fix problems I was blind to (well worth it). His painter, Chris, was outstanding at touching up large areas and blending into the old paint so I couldn't spot the difference between new/old. Not even on the drywall cracks that were completely re-finished. He subbed out the flooring and cabinet re-finishing, but the subs were just as easy to work with as if they had been Allan's employees, and did excellent work as well. He did a great job, and I called him back to do some more areas that I found after getting all moved out.

Still going. Mr. Bridges and all of his crew memebers are professional and friendly. He is completely fair and genuinely cares about his work and his clients. I would like to hire them for decks and landscape.

He provides prompt service, excellent work, and financially reasonable. His work ethic is impeccable. Mr. Bridges, goes further than his excellent work ethic and completion. He cares for his customers and maintains consistent communication with you at all times. I would highly recommend Mr. Bridges for more than just construction work. Mr. Bridges is a great businessman who cares about the quality of his work and his customers. ...AA not only did a great job but unlike most contractors, they came in and went right to work. They finished the job in a day and a half. They took 1 lunch break, worked through the rain and completed the job. There was no bouncing back and forth to other jobs which was greatly appreciated. They made us feel like our deck being done was top priority. All and all Chris and Allan did a great job and will be hired in the future.

Great job, yard was tarped to protect flowers, bushes etc. and catch debris. Removed two layers of old shingles made repairs as needed put new on, entire job took about a day and a half. All trash picked up and magnet rolled through yard numerous times to pick up nails. Concrete work was excellent, fast, have received several positive comments from neighbors. They even showed me pictures of the clean gutters once finished. Other projects coming up and will definitely be calling AA Construction.

Great!!! I will be rehiring them for my deck repair soon!!!

I like the fact that the kitchen looks better and we have better carpets in some areas of the house. Good people. 

All went well, and we're very happy with our new Onyx shower and countertops and our new toilets. Alan was easy to work with, attentive to detail, and very accommodating to our needs. The house and garage were left clean when the work was finished.

I am very happy with AA Construction. They are very trustworthy I gave them a key to my house. They are very hard workers and the job was done to perfection. I definitely will use them every time I need something done. Oh and not to mention they even took my little dog outside for me to go potty. I know Gizmo will miss them. Highly recommend this company for all your needs. They went above and beyond what I expected.

Allen Bridges gave his price and told us to get back with him when we decide what we wanted to do. We called him and the next day. He was here getting stated on tearing down the old wall. Allen told us that we needed to move the central Air conditioner. I called a heating and cooling company to get an price to move the Air conditioner and no one showed. He then said he had a man that he works with and ask if we minded if he got him. Billy Owens came with him the very next day and moved our conditioner and hooked it back up. The Job was to be done with in 5 days. It took longer because we got so much rain. That he could not get in the yard for several weeks before he could finish the Job. He keep in contact with us at least once a week or so let us know that he had not forgotten about our wall and yard. He finished with the yard, wall and the Chain link finance Today. We are very pleased with the work. 

It was great. He had great ideas. He did a great job. The quality of service was excellent. He answered any questions that we had. He was open and honest. I have recommended him to friends.
