Poor communication from the start. Set up appointment to install but didnt show up. Installers did a horrible job and scratched the door and didnt level anything. The guy came to confirm it was messes up and 3 months later they still dont communicate or tell us when a new door may arrive. There is only 1 lady here that will even try to help and they womt even get back to her. Quality has dropped so much since we got windows through them.

Champion did a fantastic job from start to finish! The salesman was on time for our appointment. He explained all of the products and walked us through the entire process. The technician who came out to take measurements was on time and double checked the information the salesman provided. The scheduler worked with us to find the right time for the work to be done. The installers were very thorough and did a wonderful job. They quietly went about their business and accommodated us when we needed access to one area of the house for another repair. They always took their shoes off before they came in the house. The cleaned up inside and outside the house. There was no mess for me to clean up when they were done. They explained how the doors and windows worked and provided written instructions as well. Since the installation we have noticed a significant difference in the amount of heat coming into the house through the new window (which faces west) and the new sliding glass door. They used to let in so much heat that we would have to keep the blinds closed most of the time. If we were staying in this house long term, I would have all of my windows replaced. I will definitely have Champion products for my next house.

It went fine. They did a good job. Once they made the deal they closed the date and they were there that date and they couldn't finish that day because it was one guys doing the job and he came back the next day and finished it up and we were done. We got a discount plus there were two windows that we had to have done different and because we agreed to get back to town quicker he gave us two for the old price and not the new price that it would have been. He was very good. He worked with us and made sure we got what we needed and what we wanted.

We replaced 2 double hung windows with a bay window. The installers did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves, too. We were also pleased with Dave, the sales rep. He knows the product, and was able to answer all our questions. We will use Champion to replace other windows in our home.

The 2 workers were very polite & all business. They worked until late in the evening-6:30-7:30 every night. Very professional & thorough, Excellent work.

I was very nervous about the installation process but it went very smoothly. The installers were efficient, clean and curteous. They did a great job of cleaning up. I upgraded the window options and I am glad I did. I chose the timber bond feature which was expensive but happened to be a perfect match to my exiting woodwork. I chose the color bond option for the outside color. This raised the cost of the windows by about $10,000 but I would not have been completely satisfied with only the tan or white choices for the exterior and interior colors of the windows. The patio door also had the timber bond and color bond options. I wish the exterior door old have been done in timber bond for the inside finish. The original exterior door I ordered was not measured correctly and did not fit. The company made it right and reordered the door. It caused a delay in completion but that was all. It actually worked out because I was not thrilled with the fiberglass wood grain door I ordered originally. I didn't think the finish looked enough like real wood. Champion Windows of Topeka were easy to work with and I am happy with my choices. Their warranty is outstanding too.

They did a nice job! The windows are beautiful. They seem sturdy and seem to last a lot longer than wood frames. It took awhile for the windows to come in since they had to make them. The salesmen was pleasant and wanted to take care of me and was very professional.

We're very happy with them. We were just so thrilled the day after we got them. You could actually tell when you walk over by the window. My daughter stopped and said, "It's not so cold over here anymore." There's just no comparison with our old windows. We got the wood grain look and we were just very pleased with it. They were just very clear, they didn't mind us asking questions and calling or going over and double checking. They never acted like they were tired of us coming over. It's like they are doing you the favor. I guess they were okay on punctuality but the one who came to deliver it had problems.

Installer first no showed his first scheduled time. When he did come he didn't come prepared and asked me for a roll of paper towels which I didn't have so all I could give him were the rags I use to clean my house. He trashed the rags so now I need to go buy new house cleaning rags... I even asked if I could wash them when he was done and he said yes... no luck :-(... on the good side the widows look so much better then the old metal ones did but I have no idea yet on the efficiency savings.

They did a great job, were quick and efficient and punctual.

They arrived on time, and worked every day until job completed. If they were waiting for something they would let me know the details. We were very happy with the work and the workers.

There were 2 gentlemen that performed the work and they were very neat.  Took off their shoes when they came in and did an excellent and quick job and cleaned up after themselves and hauled off all of the trash.

I thought they were exceptional. They were here right when they said they'd be & came out, did the measurements & took care whatever else we needed. They had the job done a week sooner then expected. I would call them again to do anything else if needed.

The representative measured the window and door and gave the cost. He was professional, knowledgeable. The installers were professional, timely, and informative. Windows and door are excellent quality. I would highly recommend.

Arrived right on time with crews of sufficient size to complete the jobs efficiently.  They were very courteous and open to my questions and concerns.  They kept the work areas clean and did a through clean-up upon completion.
