"The sales process, the windows and the installation went great.  We had quotes from 6 different providers for the same kind of windows.  The quotes ranged from $12,300 to $39,000.  The next closest bid was $23,000.  They would take the blinds down and put them back up, but I knew I could do that - especially for $8,700 extra!!
Jack, the salesman and owner, came to our house.  He was very professional and told us some things about what to expect with the installation that none of the other companies had told us.  They sent a crew out of about 10 people.  They were very professional and conscientious about their work.  They cleaned up everything in the yard and the house very well.  They also asked questions about how we wanted the trim, etc. instead of just doing what they wanted to do.  They got all 28 windows installed in the same day.
Of the 6 companies we interviewed, Window World was the only one that supplied references, and they supplied about 100 as part of their initial sales packet.  The people I called had very good things to say.  Some of the other companies eventually gave us names to call, some just gave us an address, and some refused saying they couldn't because of "privacy issues", which doesn't make sense for a referral.  
The windows work well and look great.  I'm glad I chose Window World.

"I had recently moved into a home where the driveway needed to be mudjacked. After that was completed it made the drop from the driveway to the front yard very noticeable. It was now a dangerous tripping hazard. We needed to bring soil in to have the front yard of the home level with the driveway and sidewalk. After using HomeAdvisor Fernando from F&J Services contacted me right away. Very quick and easy communication with him on what the issue was and what it would take to fix it. Fertilized soil will be brought in. Cost was very reasonable compared to others and with so many positive reviews I chose them for the job. Today they completed the job and I am very happy with the results! My kids and anyone else for that matter won’t trip down from the sidewalk and driveway any longer. Great attention to detail to make sure both sides of the sidewalk were brought up and made even and all the way up and even with the driveway. Now I’m just looking forward to the grass to grow in.
