"My furnace went out unexpectedly, and Steven was over within the day to give me a detailed quote. He came prepared and had already conducted his load flow analysis prior to arriving and already knew what I needed. He also offered a very competitive quote, and furthermore offered and ultimately installed the unit himself to get us up and running ASAP.
