Excellent work and customer service. Photos of proposed work areas were provided with quote along with great suggestions to improve siding, window trims and more. Scope and cost agreed upon stayed that way and extra work was done only after discussed and agreed upon. They did additional work for no extra charge as needed to leave the house looking as if it were their own. They cleaned up as expected afterwards and walked around for final inspection. Our project became much more difficult when the original siding came off and exposed wood shingles that needed lots of repair and replacing. They have done an outstanding job.

Excellent and on time

PBA Home Siding did a good job on the home siding on the exterior of our home. However, they caused a water leak on accident, but then refused to pay or have their insurance pay for the damages to our hard wood floors, walls, and ceiling. We had to file a claim on our own insurance and the issue is still not resolved and it occured in late May of 2022. They did agree to pay half of our deductible but we have had to live with our house like this and the siding on the side of our home is not finished yet. They wanted our insurance to pay them to fix the siding they took off to fix the leak that they caused. Trying to take advantage of the homeowner and the insurance company. They were very unprofessional, rude, and not willing to do what was right to make us satisfied. I do not recommend them.

Higor and Juan showed up at the appointed time. After looking at the house, they said they would email a copy of their bid. I never got an e-mail from the company. I then sent a text asking about the bid but never got a response. I assume they didn't want the job so they ghosted me. :(

My project went very well with PBA!! It took them 3 days to finish my 1-story house! They brought a large crew, worked all day and even when guys took a lunch break some stayed behind to finish their portion on the house. They were very approachable meaning I could always ask questions to the lead foreman to get clarification. I loved the small details they added around the house. No other company said they would add boxes around my lights, dryer vent, or hoses. When I bought new house numbers, they even built a special board/box and I was able to critique it before they hung it up. Again, I'd highly recommend PBA for any house work! I'd recommend calling Higor to get a project quote because I emailed them awhile back and they never got back to me. It never hurts to make an actual phone call.

They were very fast, reasonably priced and professional. The other siding companies we talked to wanted to charge an arm and a leg.

Higor and Carlos are the best! Extremely nice, down to earth and professional. They are men of their word- originally I was quoted an extremely reasonable amount for new siding pre-pandemic. After some thinking and saving, I decided it would be most efficient to get new windows and gutters as well during the siding project. I reached back out to Higor and he honored my original siding quote when factoring in the windows and gutters even though material prices had gone up after the pandemic hit. Once the crew came out they discovered that my original siding had basically been nailed to wooden beams on the sides of my house. Higor had the crew essentially rebuild the sides of my house before attaching the siding so it would be more sturdy and better insulated. Overall the project didn't take as long as expected and my house looks absolutely amazing. It is like night and day! I went from having the shabbiest house on the block to one the the sleekest. Not to mention the winter is much more bearable with proper windows and siding. PBA is by far the most cost effective, trustworthy and hard working home improvement company you can find. You won't regret giving these guys a call.

This company is literally the best company! I am so pleased with their work! After reading all the positive reviews about them, I decided to give them a try. They definitely lived up to them. They are reasonably priced, do excellent work, and do everything to make you happy. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone!

I'm a landlord and deal with contractors often. PBA is among the best I've worked with. I had a small but difficult siding repair. They showed up promptly for the bid and gave estimate on the spot. The work was done professionally; they cleaned up afterword; their advice as to materials, matching existing siding, etc was right on. When it turned out there was some rot in the structure behind the siding, they replace it without issue. They replaced flashing, and rehung gutters. And they kept to the original bid without whining (as I've had some contractors do) about how much extra work was needed. All in all I'm quite pleased.

I couldn't be happier with the siding on my garage. The wood was rotted around the bottom of the doors and they replaced all of it before siding. I painted my house 2 years ago and they managed to match the color perfectly. Quality work....the guys did a wonderful job of cleaning the yard up. They even fixed a little problem area on the gutter on my house at no charge. Very highly recommend!

PBA Siding was fantastic to work with. We replaced our old batten board siding with James Hardie fiber cement. They also replaced our garage doors and front/back doors. They were very reasonable on price, with fantastic craftsmanship. Their crew cleaned up after every shift, and they worked incredibly ho*** ** our house. The house looks brand new, and we are so thankful to PBA Siding! My parents are now also using them on their house, highly recommend!!

Very professional and on top of it

Mr Hernandez came to our home, explained the product, options, that were available, costs, and answered all of our questions. He communicated with us as the job progressed. The crew was hard working and incredibly efficient. They were very skilled at their job and showed attention to detail. When the job was complete, they cleaned up everything. Our house looks brand new. It is wonderful to know that the product is maintenance free and that we will never have to paint it again. We couldn't be more pleased! We highly recommend this company.

This was a BIG job. The house had old batten board siding that was rotted out in many places. We also had many windowsills that were deteriorating with dry rot. The PBA crew did work that was not only conscientious, it was masterful. They replace all of the rotten boards first, then applied the new siding, and covered all of the sills, soffits, etc with custom molded solutions. They didn't just cover things up with siding, they fixed the issues first. They caulked around all the windows, offered to replace our outdoor lighting at no extra labor charge, and installed cool looking borders around our exterior outlets and fixtures. Stepping back into the yard, it looks like a new house, and viewed up close, you can see that the crew knew what they were doing. I rarely feel this strongly about a company's delivery, but this was above and beyond excellent. Highly recommend.

The PBA crew provided a very fair quote very quickly; then performed the entire repair in one day to meet my deadline. The work was both thoroughly and neatly done. I would definitely hire them again!
