"Overall satisfied.  The contractor WW hired to install the windows had an employee walk off the job, leaving just 2 people to install 16 windows.  Took 2 and a half days to finish installation.  Only complaint with installation was the caulking.  Left mess all over house.  Lines were awful.  Had to go back and touch up every window with paint to get get clean lines.
The windows themselves were as expected.  Expected energy efficiency would improve, but it has not.

"I had to speak to at least 5 different people in the prosses and communication between them wasn't always accurate. Their suppliers caused delays, in particular the glass door. First instaler was very good but had to wait a month for the doors. Not happy with door, they seem fragile and hang very loose. Expected much better for $10'000. Don't have a good idea what to expect because each process ie: sales, measuring, 'dispachers , instalers, is a different person and start over with questions."

"Working with Alan and his crew ( Roberto and Juan) for new window replacements was about the easiest and least intrusive experience that I have had with a contractor. Alan kept me up to date on developments from the order for the windows being sent to the manufacturer to receipt of goods and installation scheduling. Roberto and Juan ( the installers) took the time to make sure that the windows were installed in a quality and timely manner. After the job was done, Juan worked for almost an hour tweaking some adjustments on the picture window to make it just right. "Jamie showed up on time as scheduled by Shannon. Estimate was received the very next day. Had them order (5) windows and (1) 6' atrium door immediately. Shannon kept me abreast of scheduling all along the way. James, Skyler and the rest of the crew wasted no time once they arrived on site for installation. Work area was cleaned up and trash was hauled off, leaving only the new windows and door behind.
