The entire crew team very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable and were easy to work with. Everything was done in a timely manner. We were very impressed with the quality of the work. All the technicians we worked with were highly professional. We did have trouble communicating with the office however. We almost cancelled our project because we couldn't get the office to call us back before the project began. Because of the high quality of their work we would still recommend KC Waterproofing.

We have had rains since and are 100% satisfied with the result so far. I needed to make one adjustment to the sump float and they came over immediately to make the adjustment. We had some issues because of a heavy rain in the middle of the repair. They did everything they could do to finish, but it took an extra week because of the two different rain storms that we had.
