This was my first time using Angi and it was a awesome experience! Julio with Special Floors was quick to reply. He answered my questions promptly and provided me with a fair quote. He communicated with me when he was on his way to my home, professional in service, explaining what he thought was the best option for me and what he was going to do, making sure I agreed with his plan. Beautiful job, cleaned up afterward and also answered some additional questions I had. He also provided me with a quote on another job we discussed! You'll be happy with his work! Will use again.

Julio was extremely reliable and was a good communicator. He did what he said he would do for us, and the floor looks great. We'd use him again. He ripped out and carted off carpeting and replaced it with laminate. Big improvement!
