"My well pump went out Monday evening, around 6:00 p.m. Hoosier Drain Guys were out of Losantville, relatively close to me in Middletown, and that's who I went with. Got a response within 20 minutes of posting my problem. A technician was scheduled to be here by 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, was here approx. 8:20 a.m., assesed the problem, gave me the breakdown (best case/worse case scenerio, which is how I like to approach things). Work began on schedule; had a few "bumps in the road" - but the problem was taken care of. I can't say enough good things about the customer service, expertise, and the peace of mind to know a bad situation was going to be addressed and solved. Fantastic company to work with; I highly recommend!"

"I had an extremely frustrating experience with LED excavating. They never answer the phone, respond to texts, making it nearly impossible to get in touch with them. I was only using them due to being recommended by Owenâ  s service, since Owenâ  s did so well I thought he would too. He came out last week and told me he needed to make some phone calls to the county, then BOOM he was gone and now wonâ  t respond at all. Their unreliability is a huge red flag, and I would strongly advise against working with them. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for more professional and responsive service. 1 star all the way."

"Had the service line from our house to the septic (under the driveway) replaced as it had pulled away from the tank (which we later found was due to the original installer not doing it right). They removed the concrete, replaced the service line and replaced the concrete after. They came out quick for a quote, used a camera to inspect the line (which was nearly half of the cost of all other quotes to run a camera) and found the damaged pipe. Was put on their schedule quick (luckily they had an opening so soon) and they performed quality work. Communication was great from start to end. I can't say enough good things about this company. "I wish I could give 0 stars, honestly. The house flippers that we bought the home from used Radon Environmental during the flip in January to solve the radon mitigation issues in the slab following a different buyer being scared off by the high radon levels. By the time we walked through the house with the inspector in February, the radon levels MORE THAN DOUBLED (over 10 pCi/L, for those wondering.) It was then that I began to be skeptical of Radon Environmental, so I negotiated in our closing contract for the house flippers to pay for everything. This, unfortunately, made me contractually obligated to use Radon Environmental. Trust me, I tried to convince the house flippers to switch companies. To make long stories short, Patrick (technician) made 3 mistakes in the house which made those radon levels spike that high for A MONTH. Each time, Scott (manager-ish) had to come fix Patrick's mistakes. Of course, the owner was difficult to reach (only responds to customers via email, per his office staff) and when he did reach out via phone following my prompting, he made nothing but excuses for Patrick. I am, once again, so grateful that I was not on the hook for cost as they did the house flippers little favors when it came to billing. TLDR; there are better radon companies out there, and I found more than a few in the area with Better Business Bureau accreditations, among other accolades. Give those companies your business instead of these people who turned a small radon issue into a 6 month one. If you do use this company, don't let Patrick near your home."

"First I would like to say that everyone I dealt with at ICSR was great! From Erika who made the appointments to Jeremiah who did the inspection, to Terry and his crew. They were all friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. Jeremiah explained in detail what needed done in my crawlspace. There was a lot of damage due to termites in the past. I knew this was what needed done as I had another Company look at it as well. They backed out because they thought the crawlspace was to narrow to get the work done. I agreed to Jeremiah's plan and about two weeks later Larry and his crew came out to do the work. I will say it again, Larry and his crew were great. They worked so hard and in horrible heat and humidity. They were always friendly and smiled when I saw them. Larry always let me know what they got done that day, and what the plan was for the next. They cleaned up the work area, and took away any and all debris. I have full faith in ICSR and Larry and his crew that the repairs were done right. I am so glad the plan with the other company fell through, as I think I ended up with the best!"

"Shannon quoted the perfect camera solution and installed a 3 camera system in my home. Very courteous and professional work, expertly installed. Took the time after installation to walk me through the many features of my system and ensure I was comfortable with the operation. Even came back the following week and installed solar panels for all three cameras and ensured those were also working perfectly. Was on call for any additional questions I had. Overall great experience, very knowledgeable professional, would recommend to anyone for any job. You will be highly satisfied with his work and attention to detail."
