Service rep came out same day we called, was very knowledgeable and professional. Discovered a problem with inducer motor, and was able to get it going without putting in a whole new motor. Also noticed some broken drainage fittings, and was able to order new ones even though his company didn't carry those parts. Cleaned furnace and left us a new filter for the future, since our current one was still good. Only charged for basic service call even though he had to come back after parts came in.

Lehman's came out and found a minor problem and told us that we should have many, many years left on our system, which appears to be running as efficiently as possible.

It went very well. He came back when he got a new humidifier filter and replaced the old one.

They came and corrected the problem for us. We recommend them to everyone. They are an awesome company.

I would recommend them. They did a nice job. It was an old 1962 house, so the furnace was probably out. They came right out and did a really nice installation job. We had some problems with an air cleaner, and they did a really good job; in fact, they fully replaced it, so they were good. I got estimates from 3 or 4 different places, but they were one that I wanted to go with because they did have Trane products, and they were one of the few. It was expensive, but they did a really good job. They were real professional. They came in and knocked it out real quickly. They couldn't test the air conditioning as it was during fall, and they actually came out the next spring when it was warm enough where they could actually test the air conditioning, so they were really good. In addition to the air conditioning and heating unit, we bought one of those active filters from them, and they gave me a really good deal on it. They came out and installed it, but we had all kinds of trouble with it, so they came out and they actually just replaced the entire unit itself. The actual box that has the filters was replaced, and the door that is on the front has the active unit with all the electronics worth a couple of thousand dollars on it, and they replaced that too, and it has all been free since the installation. I would use them again in the future if need be.

My experience has always been good with Lehman's. If they say something needs to be fixed, I trust their word.
