I can't say enough good things about Russell Hill Contracting, LLC. After my builder warranty failed me during a critical roofing issue, they stepped in immediately and treated me with fairness and professionalism. They were incredibly responsive, coming out right away to assess the damage and guide me through the repair process. Their team was knowledgeable, honest, and worked efficiently to get my roof back in shape. In a situation where I felt stuck and unsupported, Russell Hill Contracting, LLC turned things around with their integrity and quality work. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a reliable roofing company!

I contacted Russell Hill Contracting, LLC, for minor roof repair (replacing/reattaching 6-8 shingles) after recent storms. We were eager to get the shingles replaced/reattached because more rain and storms were forecasted for later in the day and over the next few days. Mr. Baker came to our house late afternoon of the same day I contacted the company. Earlier that morning, I spoke with someone from another company that was going to charge $375 for an appointment within 24 hours as an 'emergency service call'. The emergency service call would include an inspection of the damage and an estimate for work that would be performed in ~ 10 days. A tarp could be placed as temporary remediation to prevent damage with the forecasted rain, and the cost would be included when the work was subsequentally performed.

Jay and the Russel Hill team were great! Good communication, fair transparent pricing, and were very flexible on timing when the roof was installed. The roof looks great and it was a pleasure working with them!

Jay and his team fixed siding on my house and added ventilation to my attic. They did a great job and got it completed in a timely manner! Would definitely recommend!

Everything went great. They came out evaluated my roof & showed me the damage to my roof. They replaced the roof & gutters. They came out later to install gutters & fix a roofing issue on a brand new structure for me.

Couldn't have asked for a better team to replace the roof on my house! Jay and Ramsey were extremely great to work with and were able to help with any questions that I had about the process. They took only a day to replace my entire roof and didn't leave a trace behind! Extremely good work and great cleanup all around. In May there was a horrible hail storm and I was out of the state. I got ahold of Russell Hill and they were out immediately. They accessed the damage and started the claim. My insurance company was fight back and Russell Hill fought back to get everything fixed on my house and garage. I’m super impressed with the level of professionalism they showed and I will definitely be calling them back if anything else happens.

Russell Hill contracting went above and beyond to come fix soffit vents for my house. They communicated the plan and stayed in touch with me the whole time. They were at my house on time finished the job in a couple of hours and cleaned all the materials up. The job they were hired for was completed just as talked over. I would hire them again in a second for roofing or soffit needs. Thank you so much Russell Hill!

We used Russell Hill at our previous house for a roof replacement and were very happy with them. We needed a roof repair at our current house and even had them paint the exterior of the house and garage - highly recommend! Wouldn’t use anyone else!

We have used Russell Hill Contracting on two different homes - each resulted from an insurance claim. One for a total roof replacement, and another for all new exterior - roof, siding, soffit, fascia. In both projects, they were great advocates for us throughout the claim process.
