"I specified that it was a tankless water heater, yet not surprisingly I was referred to a plumber who didn't know anything about tankless heaters, resulting in a waste of a couple of days. The second person did know about them, and so far the repair is working (fingers crossed). I wish CHW would pay attention to the details in my claim."

Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this. "Had the service line from our house to the septic (under the driveway) replaced as it had pulled away from the tank (which we later found was due to the original installer not doing it right). They removed the concrete, replaced the service line and replaced the concrete after. They came out quick for a quote, used a camera to inspect the line (which was nearly half of the cost of all other quotes to run a camera) and found the damaged pipe. Was put on their schedule quick (luckily they had an opening so soon) and they performed quality work. Communication was great from start to end. I can't say enough good things about this company.
