Our plumber was Jason and he did a great job. He arrived promptly and located the problem. It was a defective connector and he had it replaced in no time.

Jason gave us the total over the phone barring any parts that may be needed or problem. We had to cancel his first visit due to an emergency. But he was able to fit us in the following week. He was punctual, professional on the phone and in person, and a very competent plumber. He was the quietest plumber I've ever had do work. I was in the next room and I didn't hear tools clinking or any swearing. (Yes I've had professionals cussing a blue streak.) The garbage disposal was installed first in no time. The dishwasher was next and that installation went well. The counter he needed to screw into was crumbling so he had to do something else to keep it in. It isn't moving so it worked! Next came the toilet. The toilet is mounted and stable. There was something wrong that I can't remember but Jason was able to improvise. It worked. Lastly was the bathroom faucet. That was an easy job for him and it went unceremoniously. He used a blanket to keep the area he was working in clean. That was a very nice to see him do. I did it have to sweep after he left. I told him not to worry about taking off his boots me and come and go through the house I as needed. All-Pro Plumbing is worth calling to get a job(s) done. He was efficient and friendly. Two things that I like seeing.

Jason was thorough and professional. He didn't like how the water pressure was after he had installed the new faucet so he replaced some old joints in the plumbing under the sink to make it work better. We may not have known about this until later and have had to make another call. We have used his plumbing services before and will definitely use him again.

Because my toilets were approx. 20 years old, and were installed with construction, they came to the house to look at the color so that they would be sure and get the proper color that matched the shower and tub, as well as the sinks. Showed up when said they would. Two people showed up, each one took a bathroom. The complete job was completed very quickly. Since then had a chain in the tank break on one of the toilets. They came to make the repair and because it was such an easy repair did not charge me. They may not always be n/c on small jobs. I will definitely call them for any future plumbing jobs.

Everything went very well. The customer was pleased with their work and responsiveness.

I was very pleased with the service. My boyfriend's mom was VERY pleased with the price!! She liked Jason and the fact that he was a courteous young man. She was in another room and he made sure he said good-bye to her.

It's nice when I'm not looked down upon because I'm a female and I may not understand what is going on. If I didn't understand, Jason answered my question(s) with gallantry and respect.

I bought all the hardware and units from another company. I found out about All-Pro Plumbing Services from them as they gave me the reference. I would not recommend him at all. I am now in the process of having those units pulled out, replaced, and reinstalled. He basically voided the warranties on the way he installed them. When I told him about it he made light of the issue. He did not take me seriously, and he just asked me to do what I had to do. He seemed very competent, very knowledgeable, and very helpful when he talked to me to give me the estimate. However, once he came here it was as if he just wanted to get out of my house as fast as he could. He told me that he charged by the job and not by the hour. It seemed to me that he only wanted to make money. When I complained to him about the kind of work he did, he said that was how he always did it. I was really disappointed with him. I am going to take him to court because he was just terrible. I did not get my money's worth. He also did not show up whenever he said he would.

I called Jason to get his opinions on a certain type of water heater. This guy knows his water heaters. He also suggested I call the dealer of this particular water heater to ask anything else, and just to learn more about this brand. Jason had to check on a certain item on this tank, and he said he'd call before the day was over. He called. When we decided to use All-Pro Plumbing, I asked Jason a warranty question...he called the dealer, got the answer, and called me back...just like he said he would, again. Before he came out, he called me 30 minutes before our scheduled time...just to make sure I would be there. He was on his way. When installing the heater Jason answered questions, made suggestions. Very prompt, professional, and knows what he's doing. Don't spend time talking to other plumbers. Also..very reasonable w/ his pricing!

Heard water running and the builder did not put in any shut offs inside our home to turn off the water to the outside faucets. I went on line and found these people after numerous calls to everyone listed before them on Yellowbook.com. Thee owner came right out! He had to turn our water off and had to replace the faucet as some sort of repair kit wouldn't fix it. Since our basement is finished, he had to cut the ceiling out in that space and he put that piece back, but he told us we would either have to finish it ourselves or call a drywall person as they do not do drywall. He used drop cloths and cleaned up all the mess - I didn't have to do any clean up like we did with the last guys we used. Looking back on the bills from the other plumber we used, these people charge less - almost @20.00 per hour less and did a much better job and they were really nice. We tried to feed him breakfast for having to come out on a Sunday morning so early, but he had other calls to go to. We will most definitely use them from now on.
