The drain auger got to the plugged location which was about 30 ft from the outlet, but could not get through it. The blockage was determined to be a collapsed section of pipe where it ran under a gravel driveway. The quoted cost was the same whether or not they could successfully clear the blockage and did not include any repair, so since I knew where it was, I replaced the damaged section myself using a borrowed backhoe.

The plumber looked at the job and quoted $295 to replace the sump pump and back-up pump.  I thought that the price was high, but approved the quote in order to get the replacement in place before further rains.  The gentleman was very knowledgeable and got the pumps up and running in about two hours.  The work was done well and he disposed of the old equipment for me.

The problem was the price.  I believe that $147.50 per hour is excessive.  While the work was done well, it was really overpriced in my opinion.  I was given a 5% discount for being a vet and another 5% for being a senior for a savings of $29.50. 

I will look for a more reasonable plumber in the future, despite the great experience with the receptionist and the plumber.

The plumber quickly found and fixed the leak. He then adjusted the flushing mechanism so it would flush more effectively. I am very happy with the service that was provided.

Working well and were prompt on getting out to fix the situation! They seem a bit phish in price, but no time to shop and have been previously satisfied with their work.

They showed up 20 min after the initial call on a friday at 4, the younger guy did a fantastic job. Was clean, and explained everything he was doing. The lady who answered the phone was very pleasant and honest.

They came,  put on booties,,, I took them to see what was wrong.  He went outside and wrote up my estimate... came in.  I accepted it.  He went out and got the tools, came inside and fixed it.  I paid, and he left.   WONDERFUL service.  I have used them 5 times... and always call them back.  its a little expensive, but they have never had to come back and redo anything.  always right the first time.

They are really nice people.  They run business out of their home and they are a very nice couple. Always wear protective covers on shoes.  They always arrive on time and call ahead.  They are very trustworthy.

They came out and determined the wax seal under the toilet was causing the problem. They replaced the wax seal and fixed the problem. They also noticed my house plumbing had cast iron pipes and gave me an estimate on replacing them with more modern material. After the work was completed, they cleaned up the area they worked in and left the room in great condition. I'll be using them again in the future.

They did a good job and billed me less than the estimate. They did a lot of things right.

All new now. Expensive but very neat and organized. Great labeling. Very punctual. Even came at a night when there was a problem. Very respectful on phone and great at keeping in contact until job was complete. Very updated technique installed so could turn off specific line to specific appliance/etc.

Joey was very professional and very nice.  He was very quick, which was great for a holiday and a house full of guests. Fortunately, we already had the part that went on it from trouble we had with it originally. We were very pleased.

My mom passed away in May and we were selling her house.  My sister and I live out of state and and had no experience with any local plumbers.  I found All-Pro Plumbing via Angie's List and reviews were positive.  I contacted them via phone and they were great to work with. They agreed to provide an estimate for repairs needed to sell the home and were willing to work with the realtor handling the sale for access to the home.  They were very thorough with the estimate and were willing to explain why each repair was needed and detail the cost of each.  They were very flexible when scheduling to do the work and were willing to meet our tight timeline.  In the end, the actual expense was less than the estimate as they were able to find a way to replace the tub and shower faucet in the common bathroom without the extensive work they had originally planned.  A+++ for All-Pro Plumbing.

They came to our home three times in approximately a 1 year span.  They were courteous, helpful, and neat and tidy in their work.  Overall I thought they did an awesome job but were priced a bit higher than I would have liked.  However, I continued to use them because they were so professional, and I liked the work they did. So maybe priced a bit high but the work was excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in using them!!!
