Great, everyone we interacted with communicated well and were professional. They were very knowledgeable on septic systems and explained things so I could understand.

OJ arrived after a call from the office saying he was on his way. He carefully backed into the drive with that big truck and never had an issue. He was very personable and walked us through the entire process, as we had never had this service performed before. He gave us helpful tips on keeping the septic operating properly. He was very clean, and careful of property and fences. No doubt who I will be going to next time!

Living far from my Dad, I used Angie's List to find a septic company in his area. McMullen was responsive, polite, and understanding of the situation and went out to see my Dad the next day. I can't thank them enough for their professionalism.

Very Excellent. Even though they were booked solid for several days they said they would try to get to me sooner than the earliest appointment they could give me (several days away). Two days later they got a cancellation and called me to see if I was available. They came within the hour and tested the system and found that my pump was bad. They had the part on the truck and repaired the system in less than two hours. They were neat and cleaned up everything and were very knowledgable and courteous .

The alarm went off due to the snow hitting the GFI plug. But after further inspection also found the trigger alarm switch was not in its proper placement in the tank.

The service technician arrived on time, quickly located and dug down to the tank; pump-out took about 30-45 minutes on a sub-freezing morning with howling 35 mph winds. Tech re-filled the dug out section of lawn. Couldn't have asked for better service.

I called McMullen Septic Services this morning after noticing the ground was all wet around my septic tank.  Shelly, who answered the phone was very professional and responsive. She told me a serviceman was already in the area (Milton). Within a half an hour the serviceman "Joe" arrived in my driveway.  He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He immediately determined the problem (a clogged filter caused by excessive use of "wipes").  He suggested that while the "wipes" were flushable they were not dissolvable.  He suggested not to use them which was very helpful advice not to cause a problem in the future.  He also asked how many people were in the house and suggested to have the septic tank emptied every three years.  He explained the cost that would be involved in a clear manner.  He emptied the septic tank, cleaned the filter and suggested using a natural bacterial agent which would interact with the sediment at the bottom of my septic tank to help prevent future problems with my septic system. 
Overall this was a very pleasant experience this morning for an unpleasant task.

Took multiple calls before I was able to schedule a date.  Price I paid was $40 more than I was quoted.  Driver was 1 hour late even though I was the first appointment of the day.

The technician that came out was just wonderful. I wish I could find a million people like this guy. He was kind and caring and explained everything. He took his time, he didn't rush anything. He was just a wonderful man. He took everything apart and explained everything that he was doing. He even went under the house to see if my main line broke. He went above and beyond.

Bryan McMullen, business owner came out and checked the system personally.  After resetting the alarm and the pump timer he  re-secured the two float trip switches that might have caused the alarm He tested the system and could not get it to fail again. Checked the tanks, and recommended they be pumped.  Called his office and had them schedule a pump-out for the next day.  Driver came out following day and pumped all three tanks out, taking care to do it quickly and cleanly.  Good job, will use McMullen's again.

This company was very responsive to my call, it quoted an honest price and did not play games trying to sell additional, unnecessary  services as a prior company had played.  They were able to make an appointment withing a few days.  Their equipment was spotless which is pretty surprising for a septic company.   The work was done on time and with care for cleanliness and my property.   The service technician was very helpful and courteous in response  to my questions about cleaning and maintaining my system.  Seemed like a first class operation.

They were very responsive, came on time, performed the service in a very professional manner.  I would definitely use this company again.

Our septic system sent up an alarm at about 1:30pm on 12/15.  I called up Angie's List on the web and researched a few different companies and settled on McMullens.  The fellow who answered the phone was friendly and extremely helpful.  He gave me a straight answer when I asked about cost and said he could send a truck out in about an hour.
A truck arrived within 30 minutes of the call. The service tech, Joe, worked quickly to determine the cause of our problems, and came up with a good plan to make the septic system functional until we could arrange for the repairs needed.  He did not in any way attempt to ratchet up the costs, but performed the job as any professional would - quickly, efficiently, and with much patience as he explained exactly what he was doing and what I should do to follow up.
I cannot say enough good things about the service provided, and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends or neighbors.

Telephone service was professional. Technician who arrived at the house was prompt, professional, and efficient. Services were performed as agreed upon in the amount of time estimated and for the price quoted. I had a tight schedule, and they worked with me on that, and I really appreciated it! Couldn't ask for more... would recommend to anyone.

McMullen's price was reasonable. They responded promptly and they did what they promised they could do. I am satisfied with them.
