"I only wanted an outside system and Everdry was the only one that was actually able to do it. I had another company coming out and tell me that you could do an exterior system when I was ready to proceed. They tried to make me do some sort of inside drain system, which wasn?t going to take care of what?s going on in my walls. My basement is finished. They said they would just put up some white stuff around the basement and it would look like it was finished. I looked up what they were talking about and that was complete BS. "Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"To begin, the wait for an appointment to install was tooooo long (village permit expired before install). The communications could have been better. The install crew was quick and professional, however after a very long wait for the installation, all of the materials were not provided as well as a damaged window (cracked screen) was installed. Follow-up emails were sent to find out an anticipated date to fix the damaged window and provide the missing screens. The referral segment needs attentions: 1. referred my mom after I paid a deposit and signed a contract for services, but her windows (she had more) were installed before mine. As to date, I've still never received anything for her referral. 2. I referred my neighbor C Lacey, she received 1 call, and have not spoken to anyone else. 3. My mom's neighbor received a quote, and asked me for a number to provide a call for approval to purchase. I'm very pleased with my windows, but the overall (start to finish) needs serious tweaking, with customer service being the #1 priority."
