I asked to change the terms so that, for example, they would not be allowed to do additional work without first notifying me and if either party had to sue the other the prevailing party would be entitled to recover attorney's fees. It took 5 days (excluding Sunday) and that was after I called them every morning and taking off work. They kept promising me that they would come out to finish the project. The salesman stated they could do the roof of the gazebo. They couldn't. Also on the 5th day, they completed the job but left remaining boxes and material on the lawn. After paying close to $30,000, this is unacceptable."
