All work was completed as discussed and to specifications. At the onset of looking for a contractor, I was very nervous and uncertain, as to who, I would let do my job. Courtney, is honest, a good listener, dependable, reliable, shows up as scheduled, confident, patient, understanding and aware of current design styles and trends. No matter what issues were uncovered, Courtney, addressed them, with no problem. I was impressed and pleased. I have plans for additional renovations and have already scheduled them for next year. "The result was GREAT! There were some understandable delays, but the result was worth the wait. The owner Mark Spencer personally came out and installed new Windows. He and his coworker Bill finished the job above and beyond expectations. Mark definitely did NOT overstate how it would look. It made my house look 40 years younger!"

"At first they weren't going to let me transfer the remaining 4 years on my contract to my new home, but they relented. One of the service people didn't wear PPE when he came inside to work on my stove. That was concerning. He also didn't have the necessary parts for the repair which required another trip and time out of my day waiting."

"Hall's is very good. Their pricing seemed quite reasonable and their workmanship is top notch. Our fence looks like a piece of furniture - it really does. They quoted the job the day after I contacted them and were ready to start a few days later. They showed up on time and finished the job in the 2 days they said it would take. Best of all, they are friendly and they tried very hard to make the fence exactly the way we wanted it.
I'd recommend them to anyone.
