At the start of the project, we worked directly with Chris, the owner, and he was great—quick to respond, gave us a fair price, and explained everything clearly. He laid out the process in a way that made sense and didn’t drag things out. We always knew what to expect, and he gave us a few pricing options so my husband and I could make the best decision for us. When it came time to sign the contract, Chris and Jesse sat down with us and walked through every detail. They were so easy to work with and made sure we were all aligned before moving forward.
