"Carlos and his team were wonderful! Carlos returned my initial call within a day, and came out to give us a quote within a week. My only (minor) complaint is that we ended up with a step up where the sidewalk meets the driveway, when I expected there to be more of a gradual slope. We will be able to blend this in with landscaping, so it's not a big issue at all. But, I would encourage other homeowners to anticipate and discuss areas such as these (where one section of concrete connects to another). We discussed several other similar areas with Carlos, and he was great about sharing his recommendations as well as making changes that we requested. The issue above is just one area which we overlooked. Overall, though we are extremely happy with our experience working with Carlos and his team."

"Was able to get quote for replacing a concrete step and walkway based on cell phone photos and a few measurements. Bid came in $500 below the others. Project manager (Chris) keep me in the loop about delays, but the work crew still came in the following Monday and got the job done in one day, and also cleared some brush without extra charge. All exchanges were professional and efficient, brief on words but big on action. Concrete repairs are expensive but I was very happy with the experience and outcome."
