The men were very professional. Every body seemed to know what each persons job was. The worked like a fine tuned machine. I would recommend Lasting impressions to everyone. Carlos stop a couple days later to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.

Everything went really well! Carlos recommended the colors and pattern and turned out super. The only thing is, I wish the edge of the concrete by the pool was finished a little better. Still gave it a five because communication professionalism and work was great.

I was very stressed about our driveway as to where to put the drain and not to mention how unlevel everything was due to basically falling down the hill! Carlos had it all figured out and it turned out great! We no longer have to worry about our basement flooding ! They did an awesome job, was there bright and early got it done in 2 days! He was very tentative to my concerns, communicated well and fixed everything!

Carlos was great! Always answered the phone when I tried to get in contact with him regarding time,price,etc. I called him out to originally do the concrete but to my surprise he told me he could do the whole project and for less than any other contractor out there. So in a total of 4 work days they had everything done and I’m so happy with my brand new front area and door. Thanks again Carlos!!

I never leave reviews like this, but after our experience, I feel that I need to (even though it's a few years later). In the summer of 2020, we hired him to put in a stamped concrete patio. He showed us color swatches, and we attempted to match the colors as best we could to our red brick house. When the patio was completed, it ended up looking bright orange, nowhere near the color we picked. We expressed our concerns and were told that those were the colors we chose. That may be the case, but it was nowhere near how the colors appeared on the swatches. And, since he is supposed to be the “expert,” we would have expected him to explain how the colors might blend when mixed together and what the finished product would look like. He never indicated that the colors we chose would yield an orange patio - something we definitely didn’t want as it was both ugly and didn't match our brick home. He attempted to “fix” the color by stripping the seal, then added a darker spray stain over the orange color. First, it was red, then we moved to include a dark brown. We were still dissatisfied with the color, but at least it looked less orange. When he finally reapplied the seal, it was an incredibly humid July evening. We noticed that there were tiny bubbles forming all over the top of the patio from the humidity. We questioned this, and his reply was that the bubbles would dissipate and not be noticeable once the patio was dry. I was skeptical, but went along with this because he is the "expert" here. That was not the case. Once the seal\\ dried, the bubbles dried as they were, so that you could see the orange color underneath them. Very quickly, these spots started to peel and flake away. Within a month, we had large patches of rough, unsightly, bright orange concrete showing through. I attempted to contact him a few times when I started to notice the peeling, but no response whatsover. The color wasn’t the only issue - the actual stamping of the patio was uneven, as well. In some areas, the stone effect was more defined. Also, you could see where the concrete in between the stamps oozed up, creating concrete lines in the patio, so you could see the individual stamps. He did grind those down a bit, which only slightly helped. He even charged us to use the extra chemicals for the color changes, which I went along with (my fault). It was obvious that once he was paid, there was no concern for the quality of this patio. We have contacted several concrete companies to fix our patio, which has not been easy. Most don’t do repairs, but luckily, we have found someone who can help, at our expense of course (over $2000). Hopefully, you are one of his lucky customers who are happy with the finished product, but if you have any issues at all with the final product, good luck.

The experience with the actual patio itself was a good one except when it was completed there were specs of cement on the house and paint that had chipped off from the power washer. I asked Carlos to have the cement removed, and that was done, however I had to buy my own paint and fix the paint chips that were along the exterior walls of the house where the patio was. At this point I was still happy with the service and the quality of the work until a few weeks later when we needed to turn on our sprinkler system and found out that there were punctures in the underground piping of the sprinkler system where the patio had been installed. It was actually done on both ends of the patio. I asked Carlos to have someone come out and take care of it, wanting to offer him the chance to make it right, and initially he said he would but then he never responded even after a couple of attempts to get a hold of him to take care of it. So now my grass is dead in the zone that was affected and we had to take care of fixing the damaged pipe in two areas ourselves. I understand these things happen and it would have been perfectly fine if he would’ve came out and made it right but he did not. So that was very disappointing.

Despite the work being done during the hottest period in years, the crew worked hard, stayed on the job, and did exactly what they said they would do each day. Carlos had two excellent suggestions which got us the look and features we wanted within our budget, and the end result looks fantastic. Even the neighbors complimented how well the crew managed the job and cleaned up each day. Great job!
