I had an ongoing project over the space that required us to cut some space for concrete footers, Jami and Casey worked with the crew to come back and squeezed us in for that in the middle of their extra busy season. "Very disappointed in selecting Central Paving to improve my home with a rework and addition to my driveway. Workmanship and customer service has been a mess. The job done looks very poor and certainly has not added to my home's curb appeal or value. We had a asphalt extension and rework done to our prior home and it was beautiful! It was solid black, smooth, and rich looking. I couldn't stop looking at and telling everyone about it. However, this time it looks terrible. It has a big gray spot in the middle of it, big scrapes, and a big brown dirt looking line around the edge of it that I can't power wash away. I told/asked the sales rep. William about it within the first week after the curing time and could be used. After calling him many many times to get an answer I have only received excuses and now no response. It took all summer of me calling him to get scheduled (a customer shouldn't have to do) and received excuse after excuse of why it hadn't been done. I have wasted way to much of my time, energy, and bad feelings on this small home improvement project, and the improvement part didn't even happen..."

"asked for seal coating and minor repairs. There are cracks that the sealer doesn't address. he did patch a couple of small areas. Louis pointed some of the previous crack seals while he was giving me the estimate. My understanding was that he would fill the cracks. He has a different point of view. When I asked him why he didn't fill them he said it wasn't part of the job. He went on to say that his recommendation would be to do a 2 inch resurface. When I asked him why did didn't recommend that at the beginning he said he only does what the customer asks. He did a good job of cleaning and prepping the surface. The areas without the cracks look great. I wish he would have taken the time to make his recommendation prior to doing something he wouldn't do to his own property. Disappointed."

"After the sealing was complete my porch had all kinds of debris blown on it. I asked if they were going to sweep it and he said he did not have a broom. The tool used to spread the asphalt had left over sealant on it and he flipped the sealant into my yard. I paid the person after the job was done. The next day I receive an email telling me how to make payment which I had already done."
