But, with a lot of hard work and care, everything looks fabulous now. Dale leans toward perfectionism. He and his helper took a lot of time and care to make sure everything was done right and the customer is pleased. He explained to us that the stain penetrates into the wood and hydrates it so it retards cracking. And there is a warranty for both the deck and the fence. I highly recommend Desk Rescue."

They did a great building the new rails, installed a new privacy wall on the upper deck, and laying down the new decking. I had issues with the stability of stairs and they provided solutions to secure the stairs and prevent any further movement when I walk up and down the steps. They are a hard working, professional, and approachable team."

"After giving us an estimate of two-three days for the completion of our project, Paul of Protect and Preserve prepared the walls in our laundry room, kitchen, and one wall in the master bedroom where repair was needed. Paul is a master at repair and preparation! The walls look fantastic. He touched up the trim and ran a bead of caulk along the top, giving it a "new" look. We've owned several homes and had lots of painting done for us. Paul of Protect and Preserve is by far the best we've ever used! A written proposal was prepared before the work began; we signed off on the contract when the work was completed. They removed and replaced all the heavy items from my deck area due to my having severe back problems which I very much appreciated.They worked continuously doing the prep work after the pressure wash was finished which included quit a bit of masking and caulking of the cedar siding before the paint crew could get started. Javier and his entire crew were very polite and professional at all times during the project. They would always keep the area clean before quitting for the day. "Marcos is a busy man. Once we agreed on a price he put the job on his calendar. This was a small job of painting old cement blocks with the goal of waterprofing. He did a great job and even came back to do a third coat on the old blocks. It now looks great. Marcos also painted the floor to complete the job. He will work you into his schedule when possible.
