"Dale stripped and power washed the deck which took about eight hours. He returned a couple of weeks later (due to weather conditions) after it had dried thoroughly and the temperatures were warm enough to stain (Cedar Tone). He and Laurie then stained the deck which took about five hours. It looks amazing! It rained that night and the temperature dropped but the water beaded up and had no negative effect on the wood. I trust Dale completely when it comes to staining wood. We are so pleased. Dale, Kelli, and Laurie are easy to work with and conscientious. They are the kind of people that you want to back again. According to Dale we won't have to though since the product he uses is commercial grade and has a warranty for three years and lasts two to three times longer than retail products. Our railing was replaced by Wagoner Handyman Services at a cost of $1250.00. The cost of the staining included the railing and stripping of the deck. We are so pleased. "Jay came out to meet with me soon after I submitted my project. He offered up some great options and came back with a great price. Tim and John came out and took great care to demo the old decking and rails quickly. They did a great building the new rails, installed a new privacy wall on the upper deck, and laying down the new decking. I had issues with the stability of stairs and they provided solutions to secure the stairs and prevent any further movement when I walk up and down the steps. They are a hard working, professional, and approachable team."

"After giving us an estimate of two-three days for the completion of our project, Paul of Protect and Preserve prepared the walls in our laundry room, kitchen, and one wall in the master bedroom where repair was needed. Paul is a master at repair and preparation! The walls look fantastic. He touched up the trim and ran a bead of caulk along the top, giving it a "new" look. We've owned several homes and had lots of painting done for us. Paul of Protect and Preserve is by far the best we've ever used! A written proposal was prepared before the work began; we signed off on the contract when the work was completed. "Overall the job went very well with the 4 person crew. They removed and replaced all the heavy items from my deck area due to my having severe back problems which I very much appreciated.They worked continuously doing the prep work after the pressure wash was finished which included quit a bit of masking and caulking of the cedar siding before the paint crew could get started. Javier and his entire crew were very polite and professional at all times during the project. They would always keep the area clean before quitting for the day. "Marcos is a busy man. Once we agreed on a price he put the job on his calendar. This was a small job of painting old cement blocks with the goal of waterprofing. He did a great job and even came back to do a third coat on the old blocks. It now looks great. Marcos also painted the floor to complete the job. He will work you into his schedule when possible. "Excellent.  I love the bushes Mike chose for privacy across the front.  It is simple yet beautiful.  They also put down sod on two areas where they pulled out pavers but wasn't covered by the new decking.  The poor guys had 2 HUGE limestone rocks to contend with as we couldn't find a good place to relocate them.  The broke them up with sledge hammers and hauled off most of it.  I kept some of the pieces for placement in the mulch beds.
