They did a great building the new rails, installed a new privacy wall on the upper deck, and laying down the new decking. I had issues with the stability of stairs and they provided solutions to secure the stairs and prevent any further movement when I walk up and down the steps. Timely service, stayed in communications regarding weather, completed job iin excellent fashion and within quoted price, price quote was attractive and competitive. Jamie Dascenzo was very pleasant to work with and followed through on all services."

"Everything looks good. They said their process would be to pressure wash to remove any dirt before painting a day before; did so. They suggested replacement of some rotten wood. They replaced it and painted some cedar siding, soffits and the gutters all the same color. Marcos said that he wouldn't sell the job to another contractor and that he would be there for the job. As far as I could tell, he was not present for the entire job and I had a bit of trouble with one of the painters, but I let Marcos know about it later. If I hadn't been home, I wouldn't have know of any of the problems with the painter, so it was no big deal in the long run. I would hire him again. His quote was a lot less than the other painter's quote. They were able to do the job much sooner than the other painter offered to do it. Marcos was even nice enough to offer some advice on some DIY deck painting we were going to do, and that was awfully nice of him."

"Mikes carpenters showed up as scheduled and got to work on the deck, pergola and some trim work that had to be replaced. The deck required alot of measuring and cutting to get the look we wanted. They did a wonderful and efficient job. They cleaned up every evening when they were finished and other than the equipment needed to do the job, they were very quiet workers . The next crew did the pavers. They had a hard job ahead of them because there was no way to get the tonnage of dirt ,rock for filler, pavers and wall material close to the job site. It was unloaded as close as possible and the guys had to wheel barrel one load at a time. They also had a very tough time because of the pavers I chose. The pavers were not perfectly smooth and required alot of time and patience getting them level so you wouldn't stub you toes walking across them. Another detail handled by a professional company that you wouldn't notice unless it had been done incorrectly. Again, Mike and employees go the extra steps to ensure the job is done correctly. We are acceptionally pleased, would highly reccomend EARTHWOOD ARTS, and will call on Mike Van de Bossche in the future."
