"Isaac completed several projects for me in the last 6 months. Including painting and installing vinyl luxury flooring in 2 rooms, installing a storm door, weeding & mulching, fence post repair for privacy fence; removal of split rail fence and install of no maintenance picket fence, installing of outside Christmas lights, and install of insulation and pegboard walls in garage. He was very good about communicating on the jobs. He showed up when he said he would and would text if there was a delay. After the various jobs were completed, he followed up to make sure I was satisfied. I have referred him to friends who were also pleased- he installed a privacy fence for them."

"Marcos from Lara painting was recommended from a few former neighbors and I have used his company multiple times. He is very responsive, punctual, works efficiently, and cares very much about the quality of his work and ensuring his customers are happy. For my most recent jobs, he painted the ceiling under my deck and stained the wood under the stairs of my composite deck. The stain color he selected was a perfect match and I couldn't be happier. George was willing to work with the ideas that I had for building the fire pit and patio.  He was very responsive during the project when I would stop him and ask questions, or suggest a different way to do the layout and design.  The patio and fire pit turned out nicely.  On the lawn work - seeding, mulching, leveling - I felt that George was trying to get done and get to another job, and maybe didn't spend as much time and care as I would have liked.  If you hire him for a job, be aware that he is pretty much a one man show, and is sometimes slow to respond to emails and calls, and can get behind schedule quickly when the weather is bad.

"I hired Wood Renovation to power wash and stain my deck as well as replace some rotted boards. They did a good job replacing the boards, but they also missed a rotted board, which was not replaced. They did a good job power washing and staining the floor of the deck, but they only used one coat of solid stain on the floor, which was not enough. The Sherwin Williams stain they used even says to use two coats. The ornamental caps that sit on top of the balusters were covered with old, chipping paint, and they did not sand them prior to staining. The owner, Steve, indicated that he normally doesn't include sanding in a bid, but he did come out and try to sand off some of the chipping paint. They also used a paint sprayer for the deck railings, which did not completely cover any of the railings and instead got on my landscaping. I had to have Steve come back out two different times to touch up every railing. Fortunately, he was very nice and accommodating about it. Overall, the quality of the work was not worth $996."

"Eric did an excellent job -- and some of our windows on upper story are hard to reach --but Eric had the ladders to do the job correctly and make the windows sparkle. Also did a good job on the awnings - including removal of green algae/ moss on parts of the awnings. We plan to engage Hamilton County Services for our needs in the future.

"I called Maximus Contracting about needing a new roof because of hail/wind damage.  I needed it quickly because we're selling the house soon, and I didn't have a big budget to work with because I received less from my insurance company than I was expecting.  Eric called back quickly and gave me a very reasonable estimate for the work.  The new shingles are of better quality than my original roof, and it looks great.  I finalized my shingle choice with Eric, and the crew completed the work the very next day.  Eric even came out to my office a couple times because my schedule doesn't often allow me to be at home during the day.  All in all, it was a great experience.  I feel confident that I received a great value, and the customer service was exceptional.  I would highly recommend using this company!
