"My basement was flooded during the storm on 6/17/26. We called James and Son Well Company to check. Mr.Jason showed up even it was at night around 10 pm. He stopped the flooding as he let the pump working. He highly recommended us to replace the pump as it was about 9 years old and back-up battery was also broken. He showed up on 7/1/26 with an advanced pump and replaced the whole unit, even the weather is extremely hot. The new pump is working so well so far, without any noise.
