Excellent communication and service

The salesman was very knowledgeable about the water in my area and did a good job educating me about hardness, chlorine and salt use. What I really like about the system is that it usesmuch less salt than other systems and has a 25 year guarantee as well as self cleaning filter.

Their website shows photos of the different units they install. They came on time to install and were very clean in the house. This is one company that does answer the phone and can text as well. Good response. Evidently they also will deliver bags of salt when in the area.

We had a complicated issue, and chose to find a new water treatment option to address it. They were obviously knowledgeable about water quality (I used to work in commercial water) and suggested an appropriate option for our needs. The installation was amazing- the staff were incredibly helpful and ansoall of my questions, even those peripheral to my needs. They were fast, thorough and completely transparent. I would definitely recommend working with them.

Great rates, all persons involved very professional (from office, sales and technician). Would definitely use again. Only wish they did other plumbing work. It's difficult to find a good plumber, these people are a rare find.

Richard who was the technician was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and knew what he was doing even though he had to work in a very tight space.

I appreciate that Bob (the owner) followed up with me and listened to my needs. He was able to guide me in the direction that suited my needs rather than go through all these other vendors that wouldn't be able to provide me with a system that could meet my needs. They came out the next day to test my water and the following day they installed the system. Very pleased with the service.

Richard did a wonderful job. Showed up early and explained what and why he was doing. Was always careful and cleaned up his surroundings. While completing his job discovered an incorrect installation of our dishwasher and corrected that problem too. Wonderful service!

Complete professional service. Met with Salesman and agreed to a price; the system was installed two days later. Installation was less than 2.5 hours! The hardware (2 units) is very compact, takes up about 6 square feet of floor space. This system was at the top of my budget, but I am already seeing the benefits of pure, soft water! I would highly recommend these folks to anyone considering whole house water purification.

Very customer-focused company that meet our current water treatment needs, within our budget. Everyone from the owner, office manager, to Richard the installer was extremely friendly and professional.

Had a water softener installed that I had purchased elsewhere. The tech/plumber (Richard) that came and put it in for me was very professional, courteous and pleasant. Easy to talk to and did a great job with the difficult situation that is my laundry room (it's way too small and I always have to pull the dryer out to get to my water lines). We had decided to install the softener in our heated garage and run the pipes thru the wall. He also installed a whole house water filter between the softener and the line going back into the house. I'm very happy with the work and the price I paid. I'll definitely work with Puresoft again in the future not only because of the prices, but because they have a fantastic employee - Richard.
