the install was done well but the door and glass frames were junk i would not recomend bath authority to anyone thier products are cheap junk

I could tell the salesman (Mike) was fairly new, but he was personable, easy to talk to and work with, and I feel he was honest which goes a long way. My advise to him would be slow down, proof read before hitting the send button, you'll be just fine. As with any company you hire, it all comes down to the installer and this is where the Bath Authority hit a home run. Siemian (sp?) was a seasoned pro who did an excellent job. A true professional. He was personable and easy to talk to but you could tell he was there to be left alone and do his job, which he did very well. The reason I gave 4 stars-cost. The initial cost estimate was not competitive with other companies we had met with prior but the Bath Authority was willing to bring their cost down to a competitive level. I know EVERYTHING has gone up tremendously the last 2-3 years but the cost of doing this project was about $1,500.00 above what I was expecting. We met with 4 different companies before hiring the Bath Authority. Of the 4 only 1 gave us a cost estimate in the "sane" range and the Bath Authority beat their price. Based on this data, and the resulting quality of work performed by the installer I would hire them again without question.

A rep came out and sold us a project last Thursday. The following Monday he cussed my husband out over text and that day we decided to cancel. Two days later, today, 06/12/24 that same rep went ahead and authorized $5500.00 to be taken out of our account after we already cancelled. Do not waste your time on them they will treat their customers like s***

Bathtub Installation and Replacement
Our Demo and installer was Gene from the Bath Authority group. Genes work throughout the entire process of Demolishing two tub/shower combinations (a little over 23 years old) and replacing with shower wall systems (BCI Acrylic) was OUTSTANDING! Gene is very meticulous and thorough. His attention to detail is above reproach! In short, his work is Superb! I am very impressed with the finished products. Extremely glad I went with Bath Authority. Highly recommend Bath Authority for any similar projects. As others have said, there was No mess or leftover materials after work was completed. Very professional and Well Done Gene.

I can't say enough bad things about The Bath Authority. We set up a meeting with a representative to come out and give us a quote. Showed up smelling like alcohol. Took about a 3 second look at our tub and took me to the living room to show us what they have to offer and do his sales pitch. The rep told us to "guess" what the quote was and wouldn't tell us the quote up front. He then quoted $15,000 to take the tub out and put a stand up shower in. After we declined he immediately took it down to $10,500 within the blink of an eye. I almost had to push this fella out of my house because I wouldn't agree to his price on the evening he was at my house. Buyer beware.
