Sub-contracting is done for services that we don't offer and the customer will always know who and what is being contracted out.

On home repairs for individuals, we require half of the payment up front and the remainder when the job is completed. If you have a very large job, we can negotiate billing terms. I was happy with the price quoted for replacing the shingles with a metal that matched the color copper penny roof on out barn. This was a small job but they treated us with respect.
