Rudolfo, Miguel and Troy were able to listen to what was needed, take the appropriate measurements and gave a fantastic quote that could not be beat. They took great care with maintaining the cleanliness of the house and put down runners to minimize any dirt coming in onto our carpets. "I recently hired H&D Company for various housework services, including power washing, lawn care, and trash removal. I was thoroughly impressed with their work and would highly recommend their services. Their power washing service was exceptional. They were able to remove even the toughest stains from my driveway and patio. The results were outstanding and my outdoor space looked brand new again. Their lawn care service was also top-notch. They were able to transform my overgrown and unkempt lawn into a beautifully manicured space. Their attention to detail was evident in the precise edging and trimming of my lawn. Lastly, their trash removal service was efficient and thorough. They were able to remove all of the debris from my yard and left the space looking clean and tidy. Overall, I was incredibly satisfied with the work of H&D Company. Their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were all outstanding. "I had a long list of very diverse items that needed to be done before I could rent the home. Dave was great. He was able to repair doors, touch up paint, hang a light fixture, repair drywall, repair a chimney crown, power wash the deck and caulk the bathroom vanity. It is very difficult to find a good handyman who has to knowledge and experience to do a lot of different things. Most contractors don't want to be bothered with smaller jobs. I had used Maximus to do a roofing job and some drywall repair so I thought it was worth a call to Eric to see if he had someone on his crew that could do all this miscellaneous stuff and thankfully, he did. Dave was easy to work with and attentive to detail. While the price might look high for handyman work, in all fairness to Maximus, it was a list of twenty items that I needed done and Dave was there off and on for a week so I feel that I got a fair price for everything I had done.
I gave Maximus a B on punctuality on this one since they were supposed to start on a Thursday but didn't actually make it until Saturday and they had not let me know they were delayed. Eric did apologize and he has always been prompt before so I feel this was not the norm for him and I will not hesitate to use him again.
